If you are looking to buy a jeep this is the place to be! I was greeted by Pamela as soon as I arrived to the dealership. She was very welcoming and had a vibrant personality that was certainly comforting, considering I am a first time car buyer. She answered all of my questions 100% that I had for her in regards to the Jeep Gladiator I was interested in. She took out the fear in the whole car buying process, and made everything simple and easy to understand. The experience was a 10/10 I couldn't of asked for better. Although I did not come out in the end with a deal, I will definitely return to this dealership in the future because of the outstanding hospitality shown by all of the employees. I recommend anyone who is visiting this dealership to ask for Pamela she did a wonderful job and was a great person to deal with. Thank you Lahti's and your amazing Sales Team!

Recently moved back to the area and have used Lahti’s a couple times for routine maintenance. I can easily schedule my appointment online, the staff are friendly, and the rates are reasonable. Would recommend and will be returning!

That is just what Dianne Lozeau of Lahti Jeep provided when she sold me a gorgeous pre-owned Wrangler! Having purchased three other more traditional new and pre-owned Jeeps from Lahti’s, I knew that I could trust her experience, expertise, knowledge of the car, and her patience and grace regarding a new pre-owned purchase. Dianne went out of her way to make some updates to my vehicle, and to be sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. The process of purchasing the Jeep was easy and painless as well. So, if you are planning to purchase a Jeep, fear not, and don’t forget to ask for Dianne. She is a top-notch sales woman who will be happy to help you! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Ron and Jacqui in the service department as well. Over many years, they have kept my vehicles in tip-top shape, always with the client’s safety at the forefront, and never leaving a driver in the lurch. In my humble opinion, Dianne, and Ron and Jaqui in service, are the best of the best in the car sales business. For all of the reasons above, I would highly recommend Lahti Jeep to anyone in the market for a new or gently used Jeep, because at Lahti’s, friendliness, service, and integrity ARE “a Jeep thing”.

Was very disappointed I was quoted one price for tires and alignment. When I picked up the vehicle they said I wasn’t quoted that price and they couldn’t do the alignment because they had lost power.

I paid over 1100 dollars and when i got in the car the battery was dead. They jumped it and the next day dead again and when i called they said they wouldnt give me a new battery after draining my good battery. This is the last time ill use lahtis and probably my last jeep. Have had many issues with service here over the years and this was my first time back in a long time. Seems things have not changed.
Just wanted to update this review and say that lahtis got things working and made things right by reimbursing me for the battery.

I always have a great experience with the service department. They train their employees extremely well. Everyone there is very friendly, from the sales staff to the mechanics. Very satisfied and wouldn't go anywhere else or buy a vehicle anywhere else. Phil

I spoke with Christian, I told him I had a recall that needed fixing, he actually said there were 2 recalls on my Jeep. He ordered the parts, got me in within a week for repairs. So far my car is running significantly better than it was. Christian was also very knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic about his work. Highly recommend!!!
