Wachusett Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon! The service there is amazing! All of the workers are very respectful, kind, and friendly. I 100% recommend going here. I got my nails done for prom recently and they did an exceptionally amazing job. Thank you Wachusett Nails!

I just recently started attending this salon. I have been a handful of times and my husband also had a fabulous pedicure here! The ladies are SO nice and the salon is nice and clean. All of my experiences have been so positive until recently. I had a man complete my dip who I have never had before. Perhaps he was there for holiday help. He was so kind and sweet but I could tell he did not know what he was doing. I am not very picky about my nails, as long as they long decent, I am happy. These came out so uneven and the one with the tip is completely different shape and size. I did ask him to fix one nail which I have never asked of any before. Another nail is all sorts of bubbly. I also had to pull the hardened dip out off parts of my skin when I got home. It took him forever but I am never in a rush so that didn't bother me. They look bad and I am kind of bummed because it's the holidays. I may have them done elsewhere before Christmas. I won't be able to go back because I am too worried it will be inconsistent.

Took my 2 teens to get their nails done as a gift. The price list is completely inaccurate and when I questioned the cost, no one was able to give a clear answer to explain. The first one had dip with tips added and red French manicure ($68). Second had dip with tips added and super simple star design on each ($71). Plus tip. We've gone to other nail salons in the area and this was definitely the most expensive. The price discrepancy made me feel super ripped off and ruined the experience.

I had a manicure and pedicure which was less than adequate. The same day my polish was chipping.it was a very expensive manicure and pedicure. Not recommended.Services: Pedicure

My daughter is super happy with her nails. They did a great job and it was a great price, I honestly was shocked at the price. Like others said it is clean and the smell isn't bad like some other salons I've been to. The two issues I had were that we walked in and were told we would have to come back later despite "walk ins welcome" and there is a sign saying they will take credit cards, but they want cash.

We had reservations for 6 and didnt get a seat until 7. I do appreciate they stayed late for us because they were understaffed at the time, but the pedicure and manicure were only okay.

Had made an appointment for for mani pedi on April 5th, for the Sat April 9th, I asked if she had a 10:30am available, she said can you come at 10:45am instead, so I agreed.I should up at 10:45am, and she said I was late, I said I'm not late, she was already in the middle of working on a client.She also said she called me, as she read me my phone number back to me, it was the correct number, I told her I had no calls at all that morning.She's lied to me twice, and doesn't deserve my business, i could have been a loyal customer, and I tip very well.

I am so glad I found this place!!! I love “T” she does a great job, and I have seen her now twice. I will continue to return, they have found a loyal customer here! My first visit was before Christmas and I was treated like I had been going there for a lifetime, receiving a gift even. I returned for a normal visit and received the same treatment as my first visit. Very pleasant staff, and a very clean salon.
