I gave the guy my car to see if he could fix a issue with the A/C and he said he would need to check the freon and if it had a leak, he told me he was gonna charge me between $70 to $90 after being with the car for 1 week on the last day he calls me and says that he diagnose the car and said that my Sam Control Module was bad and he didn't show me nothing, nor prove of the Computer saying that the SAM was bad told me it was $350 for the troubleshoot, even though I said I will take the Sam Module to him he said he doesn't guarantee that it will fix the problem, so I ended up just paying him what he did gave $150 for his trouble and took my car, guy told me even if I bring him the Sam Module he wouldn't be able to fix my issue, went to another place and they connected the computer to diagnose my car for free and they told me the issue was the A/C High Pressure Switch something that only cost $45 and could be replaced by any mechanic in 30 minutes. I don't wanna talk bad about the guy but he should have told me the truth instead of trying to make me buy something that was fine, Sam Module was perfectly fine, no check engine light no codes except for A/C High Pressure Switch. So next time when you go to this place do your research on parts and ask for prove a lot of mechanics think that just because you are the customer they shouldn't be honest and tell you the things. One thing I can say I will never take a car to him since I lost his trust.

I always come here to get my state inspection sticker. The staff are friendly and efficient. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. It's nothing fabulous to look at but the work is done properly and that's what matters most.

If you're looking for a vehicle that you will have to invest a lot of money into after you just purchased it this is the place to go, they will look you in the eyes with a straight face and lie, if you test drive a vehicle in which the check engine light is on I strongly suggest going to the nearest auto parts store to get it checked, because if you tell this business you noticed the check engine light they'll say they'll check it out and fix it, they'll claim it was something simple like a loose connection of a sensor wire, or gas cap,etc, but they won't show you a print out to reflect the alleged issue, and be sure to ask for an actual CAR FAX report on the vehicle, not any other agency report, I purchased a vehicle and 5 weeks later the check engine light came back on and I had to replace the transmission, I go to the owner who has a garage called K Tech near the post office in Leominster and he refused to help, give a refund, or otherwise, it took weeks just to get in touch with and meet with him (he dodges customers as long as he can so that he can say that it's beyond warranty and the lemon law in an effort to protect himself legally from any obligations) Even the person that answers the phone at K Tech lies straight to your face, none of them have moral business values, they don't see you as a valued customer but rather an opportunity to rip you off for as much money as they can get.

My 2008 Audi had a problem with the headlights. I was worried that I would need to replace the whole headlight unit, but the mechanic was able to find out that I had an electrical shortage. My lights were then repaired within a day and for a fair price! I would highly recommend this mechanic for anyone with an older European car.

Do not go here!!!!! They rejected my car for having 35% tint all around and they said their machine measured 22% on the front and 16% on the back. They don’t even make tint that’s 22% or 16%. This place is so unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing! The lady at the desk would not even look up from her phone when I was standing at the desk waiting to check in. The mechanics are rude and the waiting room is old and run down. Spend your money at other places that deserve to stay in business.

Like other reviewers, I would give this place negative stars if I could. After weeks of car shopping, against my better judgment, I stopped at this place - the only one that I hadn't done research on - to look at cars. I was interested in a Jeep Commander and decided to test drive it. I should've known that it was no good after they put only $5 worth of gas in it for me to test drive it, barely enough to turn off the gas light. Long story short, the engine light was on. They said they would take care of it and to come back the next day if I was still interested. The owner offered us a "great deal" on the vehicle because one of the doors were a slightly different color, and "I was going to fix the door before I sold, but if you take it like this I'll give you a great deal." I came back the next day and the engine light was off. I put down my deposit and gave them the small list of things that I needed done to the car to purchase it. They claimed that they would fix everything on the list. I received a phonecall the next day that the vehicle was ready and checked, the engine light was off. They inspected the vehicle and it "passed." Mind you, I had my 5 week old daughter with me the entire time. The next day, the engine light was back on. On top of that, the car started making an awful clunking sound whenever I went to press the gas quickly. We called and called and left messages, no answer. I brought the car back and told them what was going on, they claimed (again) that they would fix it. I was suspicious when I got a phonecall about 2 hours later that the vehicle was fixed. The engine light was off again and the owner said that the car had needed new spark plugs and that's the reason for the engine light. He said he changed them and that he fixed the clunking sound. Sure enough, the engine light went back on my 15 minute drive home. Right after this, covid hit and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. Eventually we were able to stop by again, with our newborn baby as always, and they refused to take responsibility for any of the issues.These people KNOWINGLY sold us an unsafe vehicle while our newborn was with us. It has bad fuel injectors, needs a new front mount differential (hence the huge clunk sound), the oil pump seems to be faulty, and the alarm randomly goes off. They put our lives in danger by knowingly selling us a vehicle and refused to take any responsibility for it. Because of COVID-19, it was impossible to chase them down and follow up on the Lemon Law. We have been stuck with this vehicle that can barely be driven to the store 5 minutes away. It can barely travel uphill.Never ever ever ever buy a vehicle from these crooks. I wouldn't trust them with anything.
