Love this shop a heaven in a local place, they built my gaming rig after i had selected all the pieces i would recommend them to anyone in the metrowest or worcester area! Very communicative fair prices and knowledge you'd expect from true pc enthusiasts.

My CPU fan started screaming at me after 4.5 years of constant use/abuse, so I contacted the manufacturer(System 76) found out what part(CPU fan, GPU fan and heat sink assembly) I needed and where I could get it. Normally I would go the DIY route, but with laptops, especially where I would have to pop the keyboard out to get to the screws I need to remove to open the case, I though it would be better to have someone who has the skills to do that without messing up the keyboard. I have prior experience doing that on an older laptop.So I brought it in to Infinite Dezine, Russ said it would probably take 1 to 2 hours to do, because its a computer he hadn't worked on before, so I could pick it up later in the day or tomorrow. Russ also asked about the part I bought in, because the thermal paste on it was dry, because it came straight from China in a brown box and didn't have anything sealing it, so Russ also had to deal with that. Russ currently charges $65/hr(2024), and it came out at $105. So with the $68 for the part and $105 for labor, totaling $173, I'm back in business. This is much better than buying a new laptop, because to replace it would cost me about $2300, i.e it wasn't a cheap computer and comparable replacements are still expensive. I'm sure that even if you aren't as computer savvy as I am that if you have a computer problem, Russ can probably help.

Had a keycap on my laptop that needed replacing and Russell was able to get it done within a couple hours and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommending this place to those who need great technical fixes done by friendly and kind people!

Russell is amazing and no matter what issues my pc is having he always seems to find a way to fix it. He’s very good at explaining things and is an all around nice guy. I will always go here over any place else for computer needs.

I got my MacBook Pro fixed here a few months ago after I had gone to Apple three times to no avail of fixing my computer. I came here once and my computer was like brand new- had to replace a corrupt hard drive.. something Apple couldn't fix or even tell me what was wrong. Prices were fair and I got my computer back within a few hours. Thanks again!

Had a great experience with these guys. Had a custom gaming rig that needed some updating. I had all the new gear and Russell did a awesome job installing everything and configuring the bios. They can also help you pick the right hardware if you need help designing your build. Definitely bringing my business computers here too!

I would give double stars if I could. Apple told me my computer was completely dead with no way to ever get my files back. Instead of spending $1000 on a new Mac, I brought it here. Within 2 days my computer was completely fixed, all files in tact. Beyond grateful! I live an hour away, but I would easily come back again!

Wonderful! I had some damage to my gaming PC that was fixed for an extremely affordable price! Not only that, but Russell saved me a fortune by enlightening me on a warranty that I didn't realize I had on some components. I had to make sure I could immediately get my computer up and running to leave a review before all else, I would highly recommend!
