my tax person was terrific but hr block's fees are ridiculously high. they charged me way to much for a w2 ez file. people who need the money quickly and have very simple tax returns should not pay this kind of money. it cost me $200!!! Ridiculous. next year i will have to do it online by myself.

I'm not happy with them at all. Made an appointment last week to get taxes done this week. We showed up, and they had us down for last week. When he said the date last week, we corrected him and said it was the 22, not the 15, and he agreed. The staff put the wrong date in. The person we were dealing with was very rude and inconsiderate. We wasted time,energy, and gas for this. Won't ever go back to the one in Leominster.
