As most home, good stores they are GREAT
The store seem to have less merchandise than the past previous years very little Santa Claus very little nutcrackers. Excellent customer service help the workers on the floor again excellent they act like they cared. Gave you direction and looked for items.
Improvements more merchandise, better markdowns on broken items. This is my go to store.

One of the cleaner and neater 'Home Goods' stores in the area. I use a walker and need 36 inches of room to pass thru the isles. This store has it. Other stores crowd the isles and don't care,!

the managment in this store are so though and rude, this morning I had some return and bought others a cordinator name evylin being so mean and not professianl, she does that many time to me, trying to rush me, giving me a bad look, accept other culure. the three other managers are the same not profesional and friendly at all. Do more training to you staff

A complete junk store, Leominster Ma store filled with junk. Halloween items already out in July. Home decor items are pure junk nobody wants and sit on the shelves for years. See the same items not sold now for over 3 plus years. This store is worse than the Christmas Tree Shops.
