The people at high country are the best. I've been buying boots there for years. I recently bought a pair that was too small and they went above and beyond to help me get the right ones. Thank you for all the help, the new boots feel amazing

The customer service at high country is great, I recently bought a pair of keen boots that came with a defective sole and they assisted me the best way possible when I went back to return it, Lee took good care of me and was very gracious helping me get new boots even though I got there when they close .
