Went to go fix watch but didnt have part or tools to fix it. Also was about to charge 50 to send it away for 2 weeks when all it needed was a battery. Go to place down the street if u dont wanna get scammed.

Sad day when the salesman is rude. People who ask for assistance and get treated poorly don’t go back. Seems like he was only interested in making a few dollars on a sale. I will never go back and I will make sure those I know don’t shop there as well. Pandora is sold everywhere… you are not needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Hannoush!! I have always purchased my jewelry from them, and recently my son went in on his own to purchase a Christmas gift for his girlfriend. Tony took amazing care of him, and managed to get him what he wanted with a discount to make it affordable for him (he is only 16). Love that they are always willing to do what they can. Great business, and wonderful customer service!

I was browsing for jewelry today and was instantly greeted by two very kind women. Even though I was dressed down in sweats, they didn’t make me feel judged at all and they were both so kind and eager to help. Lisa went above and beyond, showing me multiple ring options without being pushy at all. In fact, she helped me with custom sizing information and gave me a card with all the information I needed. A really pleasant experience overall. The woman at the register of Kay Jewelers in the same mall wouldn’t even look in my direction when I went up to their counter and waited and waited just to talk to someone. Such a different experience at Hannoush. Thank you!!
