They raised prices and this is what they want; you to work for free or wait in line for the single cashier.
So many refuse self checkout for a variety of reasons and I'm in that camp. My rule is 'no employee discount, no employee'. This was my last time at Hannafords. There's no reason for this.

My husband and I shop here fairly regularly. The produce usually is fresh and the prices aren't a lot higher than other local grocery stores. I'm able to find a couple of things here that I can't get someplace else. An example is the blueberry filled muffins that my husband really enjoys. ? I do wish they would start carrying coconut coffee creamer.

The wife and I are celebrating our anniversary and we stayed at an Awesome resort. Which was a little bit pricey. So I went to look for a store that had adult elixirs. Well, my GPS brought me sight seeing the north shore. When I got to the store that the GPS had me go to. I was disappointed that the GPS was incorrectSo I was told where Hannaford plaza was and I was assured that I would find what I was looking for. And I did. It made for an enjoyable evening. Thanks for being there, Hannaford plaza liquor store ?. LOL

Great place. Prices are high, but they're high everywhere. Clean isles and neatly stocked shelves. They were out of a few candy bars but not much else.
