Poor customer service. Mom just discharged from the hospital and needed to pick up meds. We arrived at 2 and the pharmacy was closing. When a worker came out, I asked if I could get meds. To my surprise, the worker just said I'm going to lunch come back at 2:30. That is difficult for Mom who was in her wheel chair and being picked up at 2:30 by Nashua Transit. They don't seem to have any empathy! More interested in break than helping someone just out of the hospital. Good bye Hannaford Pharmacy. Needs significant improvement in customer service.

Horrible because (I thought) I had mild anaphylactic side effects from the Maderma I proceeded to get a test done to see if I am allergic to it and I came out negative! HANNAFORD at this point will not give me my second shot and has plagued me from any other person and or facility on giving me my Second shot unless otherwise given in a facility specializing with patients that are allergic or could possibly go into anaphylactic

Hannaford going down hill full steam ahead. Changed hands to a global company explains why. There is nothing on the shelves empty. Used modeling as a excuse when I questioned it. Biden screwing America up destroying everything in his path. Total failure. Inflation plunging families into poverty. Affects everything groceries, fuel for homes, gasoline for cars. Many are suffering.

This place is AWFUL! I'm sick to death at home with corona virus my girlfriend can't go shopping. I can't even move. So we go for the " wonderful Hanford to go option" when we were ordering it told us what wasn't available so we made other choices. When it got here tonight at 7pm there was a second list a mile long of the stuff that we ordered but wasn't in stock by the time they put our order together!!!!! We ordered the day before! This is a joke! I have bread to help me get through this and cat food! No watermelon, no gatorade, none of the stuff that I was looking forward to came!!! AWFUL SERVICE. We didn't get anything we wanted and I hope people see this and think twice! Have a friend go to market basket instead!
