I got my extremely overgrown wolf cut trimmed and layered here and they did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier; it turned out just as good as any of the fancy salons in Boston or NYC. ?

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! This is the worst place to work. Basically I was bullied out by almost ALL staff last year. This rude worker that was new last year by the name of GWEN acted like she owned the company and was all that and a bag of chips. She was nobody but an associate at the time. She claims she will not let the client leave the chair until she is satisfied. Not the client but her personally. I have seen her awful work. I have had multiple people come to me to fix HER HAIRCUTS because she does NOT know any clue on how to CUT WOMENS hair!!! As soon as my clients come to me when I was not available for a certain time of day to cut hair at the time they would go to anywhere which is very common in the industry. Sadly they chose the wrong place and wrong hair stylist. I will ask where did you go to get your haircut? They said this location. I said I already knew who cut your hair. To their surprise I already knew and confidently asked did GWEN cut your hair? I already knew the answer. Every client said yes and that they regretted it and stayed with me. Yes she is good at men’s but she is horrible at women’s cuts. She told me to give up on my dream as a hairstylist. How ironic that her clients come to me now and the fact that a hair salon wanted me to go into management with just a conversation no paper work. In my way that says something. Especially about her. Sadly I did not have transportation but I still got the job on the spot. Her motto is to never be too cocky but that’s literally who she is. She gets over her head and messes up multiple women’s hair cuts. Do NOT go to GWEN. Her personality is below negative. Extremely rude and disrespectful. One time I was in the break room and she cornered me and was yelling and swearing at me. Also pointing her finger almost touching my face. She should have been fired on the spot. I know because I am actually a professional worker and has been in management. My manager did nothing when she was in the same room and watched it happened and told me to apologize while she was standing very close to me. I was extremely uncomfortable and refused to apologize to the truth. All I did was tell GWEN the truth and she can’t handle the truth. She’s too sensitive apparently with the big act she puts on. She is a completely different person off the floor which just makes her more ugly. She is an awful human being and a terrible/ fake person. DO NOT WORK WITH GWEN OR AMANDA! On the other hand the manager AMANDA also bullied me out. She is very fake. Do not trust her. She is the worst and most unprofessional manager I have ever had. I am highly disappointed on how she handles things. She does not care and sticks up for the “better” hair stylists so she can look “good”. Haircuts don’t look too good now and clients are coming to me. Sorry for your loss ALE and BARB of business and a hard worker. Sorry not sorry for the karma coming to you. Sucks to suck doesn’t it?

Came in and was greeted with a frown then I realized the mistake I made going here when I sat down. I only asked for a cut right above the armpits, didn’t need to be styled because I made the assumption that they wouldn’t even be able to get it right and was correct. My hair came out lopsided. There was a mess on the counter with the shaver, shaver guards, and hair all over. No barbicide in sight.

Had a great experience. Olivia was the stylist. Meticulous is not even the correct word to use! Haven't gotten a cut so perfect in years... She had excellent service, meaning kind and clear. Parking is available, facilities looked clean, felt welcomed . Highly recommend

Took my 3 1/2 yr old to orchard hill location today and asked for a simple skin fade 1/4 in on top and walked away with a hack job. This will never happen again because I will never use another great clips again.

The absolute worst place for a haircut. Took my wife here in Saturday to get her hair trimmed. Nothing crazy simple undercut fade. The lady that did it must have never used clippers or something. I usually use our clippers and do my wife's hair, but she wanted to get it done while we were out before her trip to Florida later that night. I can't even explain what they tried to do. Needless to say, I had to fix the poor job that was done. I'll let the pictures explain what I mean....
