I was so satisfied with not only my low pressure shopping experience, but with my polite delivery from Tom and Jon. They removed my old furniture and set up my sofa and chair and made sure all functions worked correctly. I appreciate our chance to ask any questions of them. Thank you all so much.

Roger and Merle in Leominster were amazing!!! Roger asked me what kind of couch i was looking for and based off what i told him he led me to a couch. The first couch he showed me I knew, that was the one. After being to a few different other different stores and looking at the other couches in the store we found the one!! Roger knew that was the perfect fit for me. Thank you Roger and Merle!!

I was in a huge pinch and Chris and Ryan bailed me out. I bought a bedroom set online for my daughter. The bedroom set did not come with the hardware to assemble the mattress support. This bedroom set was a surprise for my daughter's birthday. I took a chance and went into Gardner furniture for help and even though I did not purchase the bedroom set at their location they still went above and beyond to help me. They made a call and Dwayne at the warehouse put together everything I needed. These guys really made my daughters day!!!

I shopped at the Leominster store and Jim Buck was very helpful and knowledgeable and curtious. The store itself is amazing. I purchased a sectional which was bigger than I thought once it was delivered. (my fault) the room shrunk once they set it up. lol. I went back and talked to manager and he talked to owner and they let me switch it for another one I liked. They did not have to do that and I think it was amazing and so kind of them to do it. I would highly recommend them and I will go back to them for sure when in need of any more furniture..

We purchased a new bedroom set from Gardner Furniture. The whole experience starting with our salesman Ryan ending with our delivery guys Junior and Jon was excellent. Jon and Junior acted with great professionalism, they were super polite and handled our furniture carefully.

Stopped in after work tonight to buy my grandchildren beds . I was taken care of by a wonderful guy named Adam. He helped me get the right beds for my grandchildren. The process was fast a seamless he was friendly and so helpful. Thank You Adam you will see me again !

We stopped in the Gardner Furniture outlet a week or so ago. We met Jim Buck who was quite knowledgeable about the store and the inventory. We explained what we want in terms of a recliner sofa and Jim showed us all of them!We were looking for a full size couch with manual recliners but we fell for the love seat size powered unit!Everything about the store, salesman Jim and the purchase was great. The delivery just completed a short while ago. The two guys did an excellent job moving out the old recliner and installing the new. They took care in my home and showed their experience in removing windows. The old recliner was too large to remove any other way.They arrived in the delivery window and quickly got to work. I am very pleased with the entire experience of purchasing up through the delivery! I recommend Gardner Furniture Outlet to anyone looking for furniture. I plan on returning soon to look at dining room tables.Happy customer,Bob
