He was very knoweldegable and patient he guided me through the process and helped me and for that I am greatful. I had my loved one cremated and Tom had to Send him to me Via Mail. The way my loved one arrived showed me I chose the right place the time he took to prepare everything truley showed. I asked Tom if he could seperate ashes for each Family member and the attention to detail was spot on. I could not have asked for anymore. So Thank you Tom Forever Greatful.”
