I’ve been banking with them for almost 5 years now. When they were at the old location I loved it. They were all kind and things were smooth. Over the last couple years their online banking became very shotty. It’s hot or miss whether it’s gonna work on any given day. Also had a wallet stolen at one point and I won’t point fingers but one of the employees was very rude about the new cards. Manager was very apologetic after I called corporate and submitted a claim. Todays kind of the last straw. Once again having an issue with my account try to call customer service started out with a aproximate 4 minute wait. Then it moved to 6,10,20 and finally 30 minute wait. I get that no system is perfect but a system with this many flaws is making me seriously think about switching banks.

Excellent food good service area’s best pizza so good I forgot to take a picture of my soup and only got the last slice before it’s was scarfed.

I have been with Enterprise Bank for over 10 years. They have never given me any reason to go elsewhere. Great bank for small business or even your personal banking.I was given advice from my accountant 10 years ago to see Cheryl in Fitchburg branch and it was the best advice I have gotten when it comes to my small business banking!

Was given false information over the phone, then they refused to open a account because they thought I was only opening an account to exchange foreign currency. Not a very Competent bank.

Love their products and their customers service is top notch. I had an issue that most bank wouldn't care much about. However, Donna cared and helped me.... I am a customer still because of her.
