This is the most unprofessional er I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude, long wait, and poor medical advice. Go somewhere else for your emergency care.

Wife was checked in at 6pm for severe migraines. It’s now 1AM and still here… wow unbelievable!

Worst ER, after waiting 8 hours in the waiting area, I just gave up and went home. Next time when I need to go to the ER, I will drive to Worcester or Lowell. I wish I could give this ER 0 stars....
