I would give it less than one star if i could!!! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless!I was placed in the care of a man named Paul who didn't bother to present himself and just asked me to sit downbeat. While doing my hands he was very rough, And asked me to not use my phone, even though I was filling MyChart precheck for my doctor appointment with the other hand that he wasn’t doing.I did put my phone down when I finished, at the color step he asked me to go get the number of the colors, he brought them all wrong, and when he painted my nails the color was totally different from the one I picked.I asked him gently that this wasn’t the color I picked, then he starts speaking chinese with his coworker. And then he asked me to ask the coworker or the owner not sure. I told her about the coloI picked she went and brought it, then before she sat she gave me attitude and yelled at me to not touch my hair with my nails ( my nails doesn’t have nail polish yet),I asked her are you the one who will finish my nails she said yes!! In a rude way.I then asked her why Paul left and it was 9:30 am she answered me while yelling, why you don’t want him to go eat his lunch? It’s his lunch break.Then I told her nicely please don’t talk to me this way, if you don’t want to do my nails, another nail tech could get them done for me.Then they were all attacking me all of the nail techs there.Then the owner/ nail tech she yelled at me again and said I don’t want a customer like you here, Now Leave and she pointed with her finger to the door.I was shocked really shocked.This will be the last time going there! It's totally unacceptable! I'm so disappointed because i was looking forward to it. And hoping to have great nails for the day!Service: Acrylic nails

Kim does my nails and feet. She's always loving, helpful, and funny. Your nail technicians and beauticians are like family because women spend a lot of time with them. Both Kim and her husband offer great, quality service. The daughter as well. The salon is very nice. They follow COVID precautions, and they have a HUGE variety of colors.

Great experience! I was a walkin, Lyn did my gel manicure and she was gentle, didn't cut any of my skin but yet was thorough with cleaning cuticles. She was quick and did an EXCELLENT job! Kim did my eyebrows and nailed it, they came out perfect! I will continue my services there from now on... Thank God! They're close to me home& work, I could drop in and they're fast! That means ALOT to me.

Lowering my rating down to 2 instead of 5 stars:
If you go here for dip, prepare for your nails to chip within a week. This happened numerous times for me at this salon, 3+. They will fix it for free, but that is not the point. You can pay the same price at another salon, as I do now, for the same service and not have to come back for 3+ weeks. Why should I have to take time out of my busy schedule multiple time to come back and have you fix my nails, when you are the ones that are doing a bad job in the first place? Waxing is okay but they seem to use a cheap quality wax as it doesn't pick up or stick to as much hair as other places. 2 stars given simply because the girls are nice, but it doesn't matter how nice you are if you do a bad job.
