20 minute line and one teller open (while the floor manager paced around waiting for her delivery to arrive from Chipotle!) and once I got to the window, it took no less than 25 minutes, four signatures, showing my i.d. twice and the teller consulting with manager, who was, by the amount of time it took, deep into her bag of Chipotle, to exchange three $100 bills for smaller bills and two rolls of quarters. It almost feels like they have made this process thirty times more difficult than it needs to be (or ever was) to discourage people from doing in-person banking. Boo.

Service has gone way downhill in last few years. Been with them for 32 years. Recently they made a mistake and took $700 out of my account without even contacting me. They apologized but I only got the problem fixed with hours on the phone. Look elsewhere.

I've been a member for over 35 years. The service has declined each year since I joined. The certificate rates are not competitive, the support is non existent, and the new on-line banking app looks like a high school project gone bad. This is banking at it's worse. I'm moving to another institution.

I applied for an auto loan with DCU due to the great rates they advertised. I provided all requested documents and I am the most qualified candidate a bank could wish to have. They denied me stating they couldn't verify my address and my identity. They never once reached out to me to request further documentation. I ended up going with Logix bank who approved me in a heartbeat with my 850 credit score. Something is not right at this bank and I would strongly recommend staying away from it.

Wait time for a representative on the phone is between 2 hours 9 minutes and 3 hours. They can't blame this on Covid staffing because this is the way it's been for the eight years I've had my loan. No thanks.
