Awful experience. Last year they sent my parents someone else’s return by mistake. This year they made an error on my taxes that missed an additional $1300 return. Luckily they found their error as I would have never known about it. I signed my amended return, and assumed it would be processed immediately. Turns out, their office processed my amendment “much later”. It is now October 24th and I have yet to see my additional return because they sat on the paperwork! I signed the amendment at the end of March. Terrible service, terrible attitudes, and no remorse of empathy for my situation, as they don’t seem to understand that $1300 is a lot of money to a single mother. I would never trust them to process my return again.

I have been working with Dave Singleton since the mid 1990's. He does my personal taxes and we have also worked together with annual audits of Not for Profit Organizations. I recommend David Singleton to anyone in this area.
