The Cashier who worked the front counter on June 14th, was Awesome! Her name was Mikayla. I picked up my prescription out back, needed items for myself, a friend & to grab couple quick gifts as well. I was all over the place. I went to the counter hands full & let Mikayla know I had to pay with 2 different cards. She was like, No Problem. She was very calm, kind, positive & patient..She rang all items in smoothly & handled everything perfectly. If something didn't ring up right, price, discount, etc. she fixed it. She provided superb customer service & it was a great customer experience. Thank you, Mikayla. Keep up the Great Work!

April: Thank you so much pharmacy staff for purposefully hanging up on me as I attempted to explain my situation. Fits right in with the long wait times and on and off subpar service I've consistently received at this location.
May: I wish I could give less than 1 star. If I am calling with something that I find to be an issue, please do not attempte to downplay or dismiss what I find to be a nuisance. I receive notifications on a medication that was not due for two more months on the 25th, 28th, 29th, 3rd, 8th, 10th, and 12th as well as 3 automated phone calls. Personally, I consider that to be a nuisance on a medication that is not ready for refill, that I was also told had not been filled and could not have received notifications on. He kept repeating that it was 'only a 'couple' or 'one or two notifcations', wouldn't accept that it was more, and his solution was to just turn off all notifications instead of fixing the issue.
I was also told that I could not set this medication for automatic refill every three months as per its instructions even though I've done it this way for many many years prior. Instead, I was told to call 800-shop-cvs, who did get me to the correct team, who verified this information given was incorrect, called the pharmacy themselves and had the medication setup corrected.
If you don't know how to do something, you ask and learn, you don't lie and just say it doesn't work that way when it does.

The older man child that works over nights here has issues with honoring the price that they put on the rack with the product that is overly stocked behind hit with an extra 50% off tag for Easter candy that rang up over a dollar than what original price was marked as and this isn’t the first time he has done this. Not sure what his issue is but he physically removed the price from the shelf line and tried to tell me that wasn’t the original price I was so frustrated I left without purchasing anything I will not continue to contribute to any company’s labor that doesn’t professionally operate this is Massachusetts and you will hear from my attorneys thank you!!

Rude rude rude!! Woman pharmacist was extremely rude when picking up my prescription for my hand surgery!!!! Shared my information with everyone else there and made numerous remarks about drs “apparently anyone can be a doctor” my family and I will definitely not be returning here!!!!! I didn’t need this right before surgery!!!!!

I hope that if someone important, a manager or supervisor, can see this complaint, please take action on the matter and better supervise the work of some employees in the pharmacy area. Some time ago I went with my daughter who has a very delicate illness and still to give me her medications, she left the emergency room, they treated me very badly and yet tonight, due to my bad luck, I had to go back to my sister who at work found herself where 3 fingers were broken on her hand and they gave me stitches. She says she's dizzy ? and she wants to vomit and I go to that lady and she told me that she didn't care that I was standing in line in aisle 19 with approximately 7 people in front of my sister. I don't understand why they choose professions that Leading with people is not for them, it is for human beings, not for this type of species and I hope to God that I never return to that place, the worst service and I will find a way to contact a manager from that place, I promise ?

Do not go to this CVS they are backed up over two weeks they will text you to tell you your prescription is ready you will go to their store wait in line for an hour just for them to tell you that it will be another 20 minutes for you to wait at least 40 minutes for them to tell you that they don't even have your medication just waiting for this place to close when they kill somebody do not shop here....

The pharmacy department at this location is beyond horrific to deal with. Been using them over 4 years (shame on me) haha. and to be totally honest maybe a handful of times we haven’t had some issue. They are beyond unfriendly and less than helpful. I think the DMV is easier and more friendly to deal with than the pharmacy staff at this location. Like if given the option I’d rather give birth unmedicated sounds easier and more fun than speaking with or dealing with anyone here..just a headache and a process to get anything done!

I don’t understand who hired these people. I work at a mental health facility and every single day I called to check the status of my clients medication and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are rude as hell. If you don’t like your job quit. And if anyone important sees this and has any kind of authority fire them immediately. I called this morning at 10:25 on 12/20/23. I hope you have a fantastic holiday.

Denied the restroom to my six year old. We just left Urgent Care and are waiting for prescriptions to be filled. This is ridiculous. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.

My husband just called to get a script transferred and was told “they are too backed up” and can’t do it. Poor guy has been sick and his doctors office just called him back after waiting all day. Denying him a script he needs should be illegal.

The pharmacy staffs are wonderful but life saving medications are not stocked them well. Alway excused that because of 24 hours open but the point is whoever managing the ordering prescription medications from retailers should more conscience about low inventory and order them head of time so sick patients don't have to suffer due to no medication. Also the auto system says your prescription is processing (as if the medication is in stock) gives false sense of people that the medication will be ready soon but the true is the medication is back order. It happened so many times.

The Pharmacy staff at this CVS store on Nelson St in Leominster MA was absolutely awesome! After flying into Boston and unpacking suitcases at a Leominster hotel that evening, my wife discovered that her 2 types of insulin were left at home in Florida. We quickly contacted our insurance company and a nearby 24-hour Pharmacy at CVS store on Nelson St and explained our situation and the urgent need to contact a non-national chain in Florida to transfer our 2 prescriptions quickly before the Florida pharmacy closes. We must say that Pharmacist Makayla was absolutely awesome in quickly coordinating with the insurance company and the Florida pharmacy to receive and fill the 2 insulin prescriptions very late that same evening, and even staying an hour past her shift, to ensure my wife would not suffer an insulin emergency that night. Even the Pharmacy staff handling the transaction were kind, friendly, and so helpful. Our hats off to Makayla and the Pharmacy staff for going the extra mile to help us avoid a medical emergency while travelling. Awesome job!

The absolute worse pharmacy. They never have prescriptions ready when they physically tell you when it will be ready by. The guy on the phone has no idea what's going on- he literally throws random times out there and if you show up at that time, they act like you are stupid. I'm getting my Rx transferred immediately.
