Terrible communication. Terrible service. Hands down the worst pharmacy. If you are in need of medication, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Gave it a one because you have to in order to write a review. This pharmacy really sucks. Everytime you come medication is not ready. I have over heard conversatuons with other clients were they dont want to resolve there issues so they can aquire their medication. Seriously. I went to the doctor this morning at 8 a.m. came to pick up my prescription at 2 p.m. and still not ready so they tell me it will be ready in 30 min and the persons starts talking away. Do your Job. Is it that difficult.

This is for the 246 Mill St Leominster and 454 Electric Ave Lunenburg CVSs. Nightmare trying to get covid & flu shots. I made the appt at mill st two wks prior. Two days prior, I get the cvs confirmation email. I get there on time, and the pharmacy turns me away, telling me they recently started closing early. I asked the store manager to see if another nearby cvs can help me. He calls Electric Ave. They tell him they are taking walk-ins for the next 90 min. I drive to Electric Ave, arriving in 10 min, and they tell me the person who gives the shots just left; come back tomorrow. Yeah right. I will return NEVER! I drove to Ayer Family Pharmacy, and they very nicely took care of me.

Incompetent pharmacists who routinely wait until you’re there to tell you not only is the prescription that they’ve known about for days and told you would be ready today not filled , it’s out of stock and they didn’t find it necessary to order it when the prescription was sent in.

The pharmacy is a nightmare. Went to fill an important prescription today and they are closed for 2 days…. Without notice. Switching to Electric ave asap.

My mother and I were at the CVS 246 Mill Street Leominster, MA. 01453. We were helped by a young lady by the name of JoAnn (cashier # 1265160) at register #2. She was by far the MOST PROFESSIONAL SALES ASSOCIATE I have personally dealt with. He attention to detail and willingness to make customers happy is out of this world. The CVS Corporation really needs to recognize her commitment and loyalty to CVS. She should be in a Management Position and receive a higher pay. I don't know what she makes but will say she is worth so much more!!!

This pharmacy does not answer their phone. Yes the CVS app is wonderful. Until it does not show prescriptions sent in by your doctor and you need to speak to the pharmacy. Then expect an hour long wait if they answer at all.

I have used CVS since it was Freedom Drug. Ever since the great pharmacist left, sorry I can’t think of her name, the pharmacy has been a nightmare. The medicine that I need is always in “process”. I asked why and the young girl said loudly “we only have 2 people”That’s a corporate problem not and customer problem. I got a notification that a prescription would be ready in 2 hours. I went there and they said 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I went to the counter and she said”oh I’ll get that ready now”. Good grief! My husband has many prescriptions that are always in process. We are now looking elsewhere.

Mill St is always very up to date. The displays are always up before all others. They seem to have a great team in the front store. It's in a location that's ideal for being the only pharmacy but the pharmacy is computer cave men . If they have my prescription they don't let KY doctor or I know that it's out of stock until the Sunday or Saturday one day before I am out. I don't care about thebone day. I care that they don't get it in one say. But the message says if nothing in 2 days then call. If you call. You dont always get a nice calm reason or answer. Ajd you never get a solution! CVS is there one close by I can use. Well they don't say correct infom. They say no maynbe. If I go there monthly for same thing I reply on them for it. So to say nope. Try back. I can't do that. I am told not to miss any days. Ajd many people shouldn't. Adverse reactions to changing is traumatic and dangerous. So to not have a system that can tellpeolem the week business day before its due to fill that I need a new one. I cost get it since not many doctors have EVER had to do that. Paper ones were one step up for the holding hostage of people meds. I like the front stores. But cvs pharmacy not the people but the company. Is awful. As bad as it gets. So since the grwat team in in a cvs and not a walgreens I jave to remove 2 or 3 stars dor the danger they put people. In every month. Maybe they need to fix the bugs in that. And to wrote this twice I don't xare about spelling the 2nd rime. It's messed up. Bur thanks

We had an unfortunate experience at the pharmacy this past Monday, August 14th. My daughter went in to pick up much needed medication called in by her PCP as she is sick. She waited in a line of people, some yelling and complaining that they have been waiting for over an hour in line to be served. She finally made it up to the counter, and was told they were short staffed, so they couldn't get to her prescriptions for THREE days!!!! She tried to explain she was sick and needed them that day. They told her again they were swamped and couldn't get to them for THREE days! Totally unacceptable! I told her to come home. I called her PCP to report this, and she was mortified. They were going to call her medications into a different pharmacy, where we successfully got the scripts within 60 minutes. I understand being understaffed. There is no explanation or excuse for being disrespectful and rude to a sick patient attempting to get medication filled from their dr that they desperately need. Indefensible really. I would give a 0 if I could.

This is the first time I tried to use the pharmacy at this Leominster CVS on Mill st.The pharmacists were working so hard to keep up with orders but there was no one to help the customers! We waited in a line of about 8 and for a long long time .I will go somewhere else for my scripts. So under staffed ?
