I wanted to share my experience.Tom was absolutely amazing helping me through the process. I live in Florida and had to make arrangements with Tom via telephone. He was very knoweldegable and patient he guided me through the process and helped me and for that I am greatful. I had my loved one cremated and Tom had to Send him to me Via Mail. The way my loved one arrived showed me I chose the right place the time he took to prepare everything truley showed. I asked Tom if he could seperate ashes for each Family member and the attention to detail was spot on. I could not have asked for anymore. So Thank you Tom Forever Greatful.

Tom was incredibly caring and thoughtful through the entire process. Our family would highly recommend using his services.

I would have given them “zero” stars if I could. Tom, the director, was absolutely the worst to work with. He is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t have the slightest of clues on how to properly manage and deal with people. I’m surprised he is still in business and operating. My recommendation is to run as far from Tom and the Curley Marchand Funeral Home as possible. Save yourself the additional pain and heartache by going with anybody else. So disappointed that we had to deal with Tom’s foolishness while still trying to morn and say goodbye to a loved one.

I was very disappointed in what happened in regards to my fathers funeral. The funeral director was very morbid about everything. My father was a organ donor and the funeral director went into detail about what was done with my father and how he was "too big" (my father was a heavy set man) for what they normally do after organ donation, we asked him to stop talking about the process and he continued anyway. Then with covid going we only had a burial and within minutes of the preist finishing he was rushing me and my family to leave so they could clean up.
