Mike was able to help us super quickly when I had trouble with my tire. The process only took 10 minutes, and I was able to be on time for my engagement proposal.

Finally get a next step job interview in person and zoink I get a nail in my tire but Ken at BJs Tire in Leominster MA became my hero today ...went above and beyond and took me right in when I called. I don't recommend doing business here.Both my wheels on the passenger side were scratched an inch from the edge and about 1/3 of the way around the entire rim. These pictures were taken when I got home.

To get gas, please relocate the new entrance way. Its very confusing. Everyone is blocking people from leaving from shopping.

The gas prices are always the best in the area and then when you add on the bjs credit card discount and the gas rewards discount, you can pile up the savings. Brought my receipt in today for a purchase made in December and customer service was able to perform a price adjustment and I saved $64.

I have shopped here on and off over the years, and found that their special deals are brand names at generic prices. If you don't mind generics there is no reason to come here. But they kept inundating me with junk mail so I decided to give the 3 free month membership a try. They demanded my phone number to set up an account which in the past was not required if you were willing to pay cash. They also now only offer one card not two for the free trial. I declined to give my number and asked to be taken off their mailing list. The store said they could not help me and to call corporate marketing at a number they gave me. It is impossible to get to a live operator at corporate no matter how many times you select operator from their automatic system. It also does not recognize sales or marketing. The system kept trying to give me Mark when I asked for Marketing. Since I could not get another human I finally settled for Mark who is a guy in Traffic. He sent me to what is supposedly Marketing, but with no greeting on the voice mail. A few years back a recruiter from BJ's called me begging me to let him submit my name for a job at their corporate office for which I was clearly not qualified. They were trying to sell themselves or go public and amidst the turmoil eager for any warm bodies. That still seems to be the case, and you bet the customer experience is suffering. Don't waste your time here. The store is not what it was and with the rise of e-commerce it never will be again.

Ordered tires on line and made an appointment. They told me they were unable to install the tires on my vehicle. A tire place that is unable to install tires is frustrating enough however the reason for the bad review is because they are now refusing to give me a refund. They want me to go to another tire place to take off my tires and bring it back. I don't want to do that I just want my money back but as of this writing they have not refunded my money. Complete amateurs tire place. This is my second poor experience getting tires there and there will not be a third.
