After being a loyal customer for the past few years on their wash club I go in my scan code doesn’t work yet they don’t say anything I hand him a $5 tip close my window and go through the car wash getting only a $5 wash. My pass is the $40 a month pass so I go back around tell them and they say my scan says cancelled I ask them about it tells me my card is expired, it’s not just used it today. I try telling him it’s not as he keeps repeating it is then tells me to shut up and let him talk. I tell him I will not be back and says good and walks away.
