Will at the front door called me an old lady. I wanted to speak with a manager and after waiting 12 min he walked past me. I called their CS hotline and began my story after being on hold for 8 mins when low and behold he decides to stroll out of office. I completed my complaint over the phone and when I hung up I asked the manager on duty if he was ready to help me find a charger and he said "first of all..." and that was it I was done. I found a employee reluctingly willing to help The shift mngr, the doorman, the cashier all stood at the front door ignoring me at the checkout. I called the hotline again while in line and only then did finally, a geeksquad staff contractor) checked me out. On my way out the manager on duty, will, and two other employees thank me for coming in a snarky voice. ? ?

Synk and Aidan were extremely helpful and nice today… they helped me on a phone case exchange. I couldn’t ask for them to be nicer and customer service oriented… thank you guys and you’re an asset to your company…. I won’t go to any other store when I buy this stuff because of them…. What I love about Best Buy is the staff. I was picking up my order, and although it was small, it was a little heavy. A staff member offered to help bring it to my car. That was a very nice gesture!

I love best buy they always seem to have what I want and I honestly just like browsing but I don't like that all best buys have gotten rid of their movies and DVD sections. It was the one place I could reliably get physical copies of anime I wanted to own
