Just purchased two new vehicles both from gmc ,one a buick enclave from tully of nashua, and you can read my reviews,second from durrand of lemonster a 2024 sierra denali 3500 it was a pleasure dealing with them they were able to get my truck in a timely fashion even with the pending strike,Ralph was helpful and there service has been great so i am leaving a 5 star rating for durrand and a 0 star for tully if durrand had sold buick i would have preferred dealing with them .Thankyou durrand of leominster. I made an appointment at 10a because my check engine light was on. Despite the appointment I was told I just had to leave it and they would get to it whenever they get to it & would call me sometime before closing. I was not offered a ride or a loaner vehicle despite this being part of my warranty terms. After 3 hours, I called to get an update. I was told the person I needed to speak with was at lunch and I could leave a message for him to call me back. He didn't. I called an hour later & I was transferred to the same person who still wasn't answering. Ultimately, I went in person for the update. They said they thought my car was done, but had to double check which took another 30 minutes. When I was finally able to leave with my car, the 1st thing I saw upon starting my car was that my key fob needed a battery. They charged me $8 for the battery. Seriously??? An $8 battery was literally the least they could've done to make giving me the run around for hrs right. But, 4 1/2 hrs & $8 later...I won't be back.

First Class Operation! The entire team at Durand listens to the customer and makes it work for you .. I wouldn't think of purchasing my vehicles from any other Dealer. Customer for life!

I was waiting for appointment for one month to do a Alligment service, as soon I when over the dealer, they start to do the work when they know from the beginning what was the problem on it means a month ago, they came with the history and excuse can’t do it, but they do charge me $24.95 for 5 minutes to see 2 bolts they neeed to replace it which they know about it from the beginning, this place is terrible they just want easy money like every others dealers, your car cost $20.0000 and want to give you half for it, I won’t recommend this place to anybody

I recently had a great experience buying a GMC box truck here. From the initial phone call I had with the sales person, Ralph, I knew I was at the right place. I got a great financing deal with warranty, they fully prepped the truck including inspecting the vehicle, then delivered it to my shop the next day. I've been buying Fords for the last 10 years, but unfortunately the dealership I've been using has gone downhill. I got5 new 2021 ford vans this year, two of which had defective parts, I had to wait 3 months for a e brake cable that was defective. I will 100% be shopping with Baker the next time I have a need
