“Jake is a rare breed when it comes to going above and beyond for his customers. I recently had a hit n run insurance claim. It was my first and didn’t know the process that well. I was upfront with Jake and he was the same. Extremely transparent. Would call with updates and inform me of insurance tips to make sure they didn’t screw me. Great paint job on fender and mirror. Jake is my number one pick now for anything auto related. Can’t say enough good things.”

“Other than having to drive all the way out there because they were the closest store to my home that the internet said they were available to have the organic brake pads for my truck in stock they were fast and the employee remembered me and the parts as I called ahead to make double sure they were indeed in stock before traveling the 40 miles to this location. Been to many parts stores many times as I can do many of my own repairs since labor prices have gotten quite outrageous.”

“A little snow, ice, and rain. My wife was 30 miles away driving with my daughter and grand daughter. Ice came off the car and snapped the windshield wipers. I got their call. I googled the Nearest AutoZone and it was in Leominster. They were able to drive the 3.6 miles in the rain with no wipers. One of the people working there looked up the wiper blades for my wife and Carlos put them on for her. Thank you, Carlos and staff at Autozone.”

And it cost less than half the price I was expecting, based on everywhere else I'd looked into.The woman that took my order was very helpful and friendly. “If you are looking to buy a jeep this is the place to be! I was greeted by Pamela as soon as I arrived to the dealership. She was very welcoming and had a vibrant personality that was certainly comforting, considering I am a first time car buyer. She answered all of my questions 100% that I had for her in regards to the Jeep Gladiator I was interested in.
