After an abysmal experience with Xfinity both over the phone and in person at the store, Steve at the Merriam Ave Leominster AT and T store was a savior. He treated every customer equally with respect and was able to make everyone feel helped in a timely manner. My situation was a challenge and he went above and beyond to fix it, requiring some ingenuity and I sincerely hope he gets a raise because he should be running the company.

Ordered a new iPhone was told to wait for a text and report to store upon arrival of text meaning the phone is ready to pick up. ( not I received a text at the correct number) also received an email saying the same. Waited approximately hour and 15 mins to receive a text saying they cancelled my order (again to correct number) which seemed weird thought maybe they had the wrong inventory so call to inquire I get told the number to check my order was wrong. I was like whattt? How? They said an old lady answered to phone and proceeded to give me a number that’s has nothing to do with me. I said you’re literally my phone provider I’m buying a new phone with an account, you sent me texts to the correct number called a different number and then didn’t attempt to try the number you were texting or look it up on my account? The associate hung up on me… what kind of customer service place hangs up on the customer? Then I called back and they wouldn’t answer. Waited a bit called back and the associate refused to give me his name. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store just found out I was dealing with the store manager ?. Not sure people with no customer service skills become managers and what it says about the rest of the store.

Robert LaBrecque was amazing and this store is definitely worth going to for anything you may need with AT&T!

Tony G. Is a extremely kind & patient sales person. He is great at multi tasking and very sensitive to helping older customers. It was a very relaxing atmosphere because he didn’t make me feel rushed. He has a great sense of humor too! I will definitely return to this store and will highly recommend this AT&T store to my family and friends.

Anytime I've ordered a phone to pickup from any other location I've been handed a bag signed in left. This store does not even acknowledge that I walked in. The employees stood around and took over an hour to do a "curbside pickup". I understand short staffed during a pandemic but to not hand someone a bag for an hour is horrible service.

I used to go to marlborough but once I found out Luan took over his own store in Leominster I decided to pay him a visit, got a new Apple Watch for a friend and had a great experience. He made everything very easy and even got the watch delivered the next day. Overall great experience. Thank you Luan!

Would highly recommend you avoid this store and any non-corporate locations, it is privately owned and ATNT is resistant on helping with any issues with these stores. Had an issue where I was “accidentally” sold a higher gigabyte phone and when I went to return it two days later was told that I could only return it to a corporate location in Natick. Drove all the way there for the clerks to laugh and give me an exact description of the employee and said he did this constantly. After driving all the way back he threatened to call the police on us if we didn’t leave and we had to call ATNT customer support to talk to him and explain he had no choice but to take our return. I’m not sure if this employee still works there but either way I would not recommend shopping at any privately owned ATNT location.

I told the worst shopkeeper not to let the customer call the At&T company and said that he didn't ask me to go out and wait for me to talk to him. Why did he say that because it took a long time for you to call the office, I had to take a break in half an hour, which would make him unable to take a rest?!

I was in the store trying to ask for information to change my family plan ... and the young man who attends me asked me outside the store and told me that in 10 min he had something else to do .. It was extremely rude ... but now I reported it to AT & T customer service ... I will never return to that store ... I hope the owner is aware of how his employee is rude to customers ... now I understand why the store is always alone, it seems that they pay him by the hour and he just wants to meet the schedule sitting looking at his phone

Amazing young man in Leominster store who was tremendously knowledgeable and able to solve multiple issues. He patiently preserved through each issue. I was most impressed with his knowledge and believe AT&T is very fortunate to have this employee.

After buying a phone and needing to exchange it for a larger phone, I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to get things right. 3 visits to another location and long waits on call to customer service with no resolve. Finally a young man at the Merriam Avenue location took the time to listen to what I needed..offered advice ...helped to make the exchange and transfer all my data to the new phone. Patient and kind with no hard sell for things I didn't need or want. A stellar employee. Thank you Luan.
