I've been with ATT since they took over Cingular. Can't trust this corporation, from the store level all the way to upper management. The phones are getting worse, even dangerous, they freeze...not even 911 works, the keypad constantly sticks and the phone is only 2 years old. I've had multiple phones that lasted 5+ years but I guess ATT needs to cheapen the phones so they have money to build billion dollar pro stadiums.

Overall I am really happy with this store and it's employees. Scott, the store manager is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He goes above and beyond. He noticed an issue with my account and helped me to try and correct it.A couple things I've notice. On Google it still shows the old sprint store when you look up this location. The store is hard to see from the street. It doesn't seem like enough advertising. I almost ended up at the BJ's store but luckily I drove by here first. Lastly there was no hours on the door when I went to go look. I'm just happy they were open.

The sales persons bamboozled me into a promotion that bent me over a barrel by AT&T. The agreement was about $55/mo but after a month the monthly payments escalated to $88+/mo. The customer service agents via phone were not helpful even though they claimed a case was created (this was attempted four times). I wouldnt recommend a single person to AT&T.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by every employee. I was given the chance to ask all my questions and everything was answered for me. I went in looking to upgrade my phone and within less then a half hour later I was leaving with a new phone, case, upgraded my plan, and better understanding of everything my plan had to offer! Never did I feel rushed and everyone made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this location.

At the AT&T in Chicopee. The service was excellent, the employees were super friendly and helpful. I recommend this store to anyone. They have patience and they remain professional. They also do well with looking into your account to see where they can help you save. Thanks

Went to memorial dr. Chicopee. Scott greeted us as soon as we walked in. Showed us several choices of cellphones.My daughter and I bought s22 ultra.Great experience thank you scott.

our sales agent Danielle Bucarey was very charismatic and helpful despite my cousin being grumpy and resistant. The store was clean, and their schedule was convenient for us. We got what we needed and got out with no fuss.

I was looking for an AT&T Store nearby and was happy to find this store just opened up recently. I went in for an upgrade and received nice service from Osiris and David. They took the time to explain things to me and I felt comfortable making changes and getting a new iPhone and the new Apple Watch.
