At first I read all these reviews about them never answering the phone and didn't think it was that big of a deal until it caused me to lose out on the service I was supposed to receive. I got a Groupon for a cut and conditioning package as a present while I'm home from college, I called 5 times with no answer every time and left 5 messages. Finally today they answer the phone to tell me they've been closed for an entire week and don't have any appointments for two weeks, at which time I'll be gone and can't use the present I got. I don't know how people expect to run a business with such terrible customer service. I'm sure there are others in the exact same situation as I am. It'll take you weeks to get an appointment at this sad excuse for a salon. SIX MONTHS LATER: I got another groupon for this shitty place as a present, so I figured I'd use it rather than let it go to waste. My mistake. I booked an appointment two weeks out and had to drive an hour to get here. I'm waiting at the locked door for 10 mins calling and mocking and ringing the doorbell. A woman finally answers the phone with some excuse about having a flat tire which I believe is a lie because of what I could hear on the other end of the line. This is the second time they have done this and I wasted half a tank of gas on this place. DO. NOT. GO. HERE

Debbie the owner takes care of my hair for the past 3 yrs. it’s so healthy now I’m so happy. I get from her Salon Joico Products. I have high & low lights and she does a great job. Her prices are reasonable than other places.

Bought a Groupon 2 months ago and have tried to schedule service with them since. They never answer the phone or return messages. I’ve left more than 5. Groupon is now expired and not eligible for extension.

This is the most WONDERFUL salon i have ever been too. I only go here, I started with a Groupon and I have never trusted someone so much with my hair. The color is so beautiful and she pays such close attention to detail the price you cannot beat ♡ thank you♡

Recently purchased a Groupon and followed up with a Facebook Message to the salon. I requested any Saturday coming up at any time. The response I got was "Sorry Saturday is full". Whoever responded didn't even try to book my appointment. Not a good first impression at all.

Jerica did my hair, cut and color, it came out awesome! She also made the effort to squeeze me in when i was just a walk in.. pretty sure she probably skipped her lunch. Great customer service and good prices!

I was there and got my hair colored and cut a few months ago. When I originally called I was supposed to have an apt for 10a and when I got they whoever set the appointment never put it on the schedule and I almost had to leave but the woman working decided to take me any way.
