My father dropped off his car to have the breaks fixed. Sadly he fell ill and Coukd not pick up the car for several months. When I called to check on the repair the person who answered was extremely rude and nasty. He said no work had been because my dad said it's not urgent, that's what you get for being nice. In the end the employee hung up on me. Update when I arrived Mr Larson called me a F**cking a**hole because "I asked too many questions on the phone" he then chased me accusing me of turning my back on him. I have the entire incident recorded.

Chuck and David are honest and knowledgeable and always thinking outside the box! If you have a strange of difficult problem there's a very good chance they can figure it out. I bring my BMW to them and have been thrilled how they've kept it going for the last nine years with no major hurdles. DON'T take your car to a dealership..always give Larson's Auto a call first, I'm sure they will save you a lot of money!
