The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I mentioned that I was feeling her hostility and she just said ‘no’ and did not apologize. She was the same to an elderly customer who agreed with me that she was feeling bullied as well. The sales woman still did not apologize or tried to make us comfortable. I asked if she wants me to leave because I have brown skin and she said ‘alright.’ The other salesperson witnessed the whole exchange and did not say a word.

Was in a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the shoes and the customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of very nice shoes and will be back in the future for more. Fantastic customer service, phenomenal communication, great selection of high quality products.

We went into this shop a few weeks ago and were so impressed with both the selection of shoes and the service received. I purchased one pair of shoes in the shop and ordered another pair through them. Their service and communication has been phenomenal. I will be sure to visit next time I am in the Lenox area . I am very impressed.

While the shoe selection was good, the customer service needs work! My friend found the woman with the brown curly hair rue (sorry I don't have the details). A gentleman asked a clerk to use the bathroom while his partner shopped - I don't think the clerk even looked up from her task when she gave him a cold NO!

Best shoe store in the Berkshires! My absolute favorite place to find gorgeous and comfortable shoes for women. I also think the customer service is wonderful ! Check it out ❤️

Nice spot, lovely staff. Looking forward to more trips to this store.Update: stopped in today looking for a “swing” style jacket. Had no real hope but left with a black/grey rain resistant reversible jacket that went beyond my expectations. Luv this place. Whenever I am looking for an essential piece that suits my style… this is the spot! Also? Great shoes!

I was in the store yesterday. I was looking around and really interested in a few items. There was only one other person in the store. It was clear that the salesperson was not interested in helping me and completely ignored me. Guess she didn't think I had enough money to be in their store. Hmmm. Would have been interested to know that I actually would have bought two pairs but no way will I buy from them. I don't like the feeling that I am not good enough to shop there. I will be from Nordstrom and online.

Have been shopping at Shooz for a number of years for comfortable, well fitting and stylish shoes. Most of my shoes closet are from them. However, lately, they seem to have limited their range of designers and are now concentrating on a few, high priced brands. They used to carry many different European companies, now fewer and less trendy, fun designs. Have gone in a few times hoping for an expansion, but sadly it has not happened.

Had to write this review after reading some of the other reviews that have been written. My wife and I have been stopping at Shooz for many years when in the Berkshires. The merchandise is always exciting (for my wife)and the salespeople have always been courteous and extremely helpful. Just sayin"!

I discovered this store last year---the best shoes I have found in a long time. I hope to be back again this fall to stock up for the winter, fashionable and wonderful-GREAT BOOTS!!!!

Shooz used to be one of our favorite destinations when visiting Lenox. However, this year the customer service could not have been more awful. Every time my mom and I asked to try on a pair of shoes, the sales lady acted extremely annoyed when she went to the back to find the shoes. When I decided against the couple of pairs I tried on, she rolled her eyes at me (I tried on two pairs, not twenty). I'm sure our business will not be missed, as Shooz does have a great selection and they are always packed. However, I'd much rather give my business to a retailer who doesn't act like I'm a nuisance.

NOT A SHOPPER _ BUT LOVE SHOOZ #1 SUPER-INFORMED, HELPFUL STAFF - NO ONLINE STORE CAN DELIVER THIS EXPERIENCE What a treat to go into a shoe store & have the employees know the brands, where the shoes are made, what the shoe company is about (brands known to be great for walking vs beautiful for weddings vs standing all day, etc). SO helpful!!! #2 FRIENDLY STAFF EVERYONE had a great attitude!!! As someone who doesn't love shopping, I really appreciate when the staff is genuinely trying to help solve a problem and get the right shoe for the customer. #3 EXCELLENT SELECTION OF BRANDS Been a SHOOZ customer for many years (on our annual trip to Tanglewood/Berkshires we stop in at this store in Lenox) and I must say this is the store that has introduced me to brands I had never tried before - and it's solely (sorry for the pun) because of the trust I place in them, and that the brands they carry hold up over time. [DEFINITELY visit this store if you need shoes. The counsel and knowledge of the employees make this SO MUCH BETTER than an online shoe store that rhymes with YAPPOS.]
