fantastic vet. i adopted a sick and flea ridden kitten off the side of the road this past summer (july 1) and they got me in for an appointment on july 3. they were the only place who was willing to take me so soon. that turnaround was so helpful and they really went the extra mile to take care of my kitten and give me the knowledge to make sure she got healthy. I went to them for all the follow ups and for her spay appointment in september, and they have been amazing and helpful every step of the way. they’re always able to answer questions on the phone or by email, and have been kind and understanding while i’ve fumbled my way through having my first cat (and a sick one at that). The prices are super reasonable and you can tell all of the people there really love cats and their jobs. they took care of my cat like she was their own and they were just as invested as i was in her health. overall i’d recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat, i’d rate more than 5 if i could!

highly recommend the lenox cat hospital.I'm from Florida and not 1 vet would see my cat who had a infection.staff was the best.A little compassion can mean a lot.bad feeling to love your pet and not be able to help them.I was in a state of panick until they called me back.I wish I could take them back to Florida with me.Thank you again.

Thank goodness I found this place! Sally is the absolute best veterinarian! She's compassionate, dedicated, and absolutely committed to making sure our furr babies are OK! She was the only one, in all of pittsfeild, that would see one of our cats after a dog attack (their previous established vet even turned us away!).We will be bringing all of our cats here, and only here, forever! ❤️?

Recently moved here, I contacted Lenox Cat Hospital to see if they were taking me patients. The initial call was friendly, helpful, and guided me through transferring the kitties' records from their previous vet. I took both cats in at the same time for their wellness checks and shots. Two techs and the vet but only came in to meet my cats but created an amazingly calm, quiet space that enabled both kitties to be less stressed. The checkup was thorough, shots were quick and expertly given, and I received a full assessment for both of them. They even offered a donated pet stair for my tripod kitty and helped me take the carriers out to my car. I have never had the option of going to a cat-only vet, but it made such a difference in their comfort and ability to resettle once we got back home. I cannot recommend Lenox Cat Hospital highly enough and look forward to working with them in my cats' care for many years to come!

The only place you should be taking your cat. They are very dedicated to making sure your fur baby is safe and healthy. The vet even came in on her day off to take a look at my Dexter. When we got the final results on Dexter she led me to all the right place for support. I can't thank them enough!

We brought Dr. Umlauf and her staff our critically ill cat on an emergency basis. The entire hospital team was compassionate, competent and professional. They worked tirelessly to stabilize our cat. We could not be more appreciative for the care they provided.

I have been to this hospital for my cat. Even though the vet was caring to both my feline friend and myself, the way she treats her staff is deplorable. They are asked to assist her with surgeries and other high tech procedures and yet they are not qualified to do so. She under pays her girls. I know just how hard they work. Shameful
