Real bummer with customer service. Wrong item sent. I had to call and email over and over to get it fixed. It took them over 2 weeks to pick up the wrong piece of furniture they sent. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the ACTUAL piece of furniture I sent. They appear to use a call center (that really didn't seem to do anything). Really painful experience from a "luxury brand". After a few other bad experiences (ordering a product on sale, purchasing, and never receiving - because it suddenly became out of stock), I no longer have any trust in this company.

My experience with customer service via phone was terrible! I was ready to place a large order. Called for days with no one answering, finally someone answered the phone on the third day of calling. The representative said someone from a certain department could only help me with the discount code I had. I left my contact information and no one never called. I called back a few days later and got a very unprofessional, rude, uncaring female with an accent and she basically said she couldn't help and no one was in "that department today either". Then, asked "was there anything else she could help me with"! What a joke! Today's customer service! If you're going to expect someone to pay thousands of dollars in rugs, then I suggest you up your game with who's answering your companies phones! Beware!

I decided to stop by as I was in the area and buy my 4th ‘fleecey sheep’ bathrobe. The small store didn’t disappoint, as the salesperson recommended a one size fits all instead of the large size I was looking at. Beautiful, soft bathrobe that I really enjoy wearing in the mornings and evenings.

Placed an online order of bath rugs. Received shipping confirmation email but tracking never became available. Order didnt arrive. Emailed to inquire but didn’t get any reply so called -no answer. Left a voicemail and got a quick call back from someone who said a lot of vague words and talked in circles telling me that a refund could only be issued if I returned the items. Um how can I return items I never received? Told me I had to take it up with shipper but tracking never became available. I suspect she printed the label to make it look like it was in transit but never actually shipped it? Told her i had the bank on the other line- which I did- and was filing a dispute on the charge. She then quickly said she would issue the refund… 4 days later I receive the items. So i go ahead and wash the items following the label instructions. Open the washer to find a mess of fabric that had come off the rugs. Was not going to put that mess in my dryer so hung the rugs outside. Horrible quality. I’m not sure what the deal is with this place but something is sketchy. And these rugs are trash! There are so many choices available. I’d steer way clear of this one!
