“I went in for a state inspection and asked them if they could look at one of my tires that seemed to have a slow leak. They looked at the tire and took care of it that same day. While I was sitting in the waiting room, a gentleman came out and started to ask me how I was doing and actually seemed to care about my response. He later informed me that he was the owner, and informed me of the services they provide and the extra care they take to make sure the customer's cars are taken care of even if it's just getting an oil change. It was nice to know that the owner was down to earth and really took the time to talk to a customer. He really seemed to be proud of his establishment and their quality of service.”
“I really enjoyed working with this organization. They did an amazing job as the car looks like it came off the showroom. They also took the time to fully clean the car, inside and out. I was going to get it detailed after the repairs, but now I don’t have to. Also the people are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. I also appreciated the regular updates I was receiving as my car went through the repair process, which included regular updates on the estimate. I would definitely work with these folks again and recommend highly to others.”

“Second time bringing my car here. It is a very busy shop, and for good reason. They go above and beyond, are very friendly, and I trust them to fix critical systems I missed. For example, I brought the car in because the manual clutch failed, no clutch at all. Also, the rear wheels squealed loudly, which they thought meant I had a bad rear wheel bearing. I also had almost no emergency brake left, even though I had replaced the rear brakes about six months ago. I doubt the car would have passed it's upcoming inspection if they didn't fix it while just doing what we agreed to. Awesome guys, highly recommended.”
“Honestly, I have been going to Ramstroms for a long time and I will never stop going there for routine maintenance or bigger jobs such as brand new tires or spark plug replacements. I legitimately walked in there before and said I think that there's something wrong and they're like there's nothing wrong so they're not trying to get me to fix something when there's nothing wrong with my car. They are an honest, family-owned business.”
“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”

“I was traveling with my sister from NY to Maine and debris from the road disabled the car. Andrew recognized we were traveling. He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost.
