We have been having our cars serviced at Raul’s for years. They are the best around. I am so glad I found them. From front desk staff to the mechanics, everyone is personable, professional and so helpful! I cannot recommend Raul’s highly enough! If you want a reputable mechanic, this is where you want to go .

Our work truck died on Friday after 2:30 PM, and our usual mechanic just started their 10 day vacation at 3:00. Raul’s not only took it in, but had it repaired in under 2 workdays! A savior! Very professional in their communications, work, and very fair pricing. We recommend them highly.

We got 4 tires mounted,balanced and aligned. They gave my husband a ride home when he dropped the car off. Then they brought the car back to us! Everyone was so nice and professional. We highly recommend!!

This is the best shop in the area. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to bring my cars here. Wouldnt go anywhere else. The customer service is excellent and the owner is a great guy who values honesty and quality workmanship. 5 stars for sure!

I started going to Rauls last year when I purchased my 96 Cadillac Deville barn find last September. After going through it I needed about $900 worth of work. Blower motor, windshield wiper motor, windshiel wiper switch(on the column) 8 qt. Synthetic oil change wiper blades and inspection sticker. Parts had to be ordered because of age of car. Still got it back within 48 hours. I just went again for my inspection and oil change expecting to have to leave it. But nope got me right in at 8am. I even had time to go out to breakfast before I went back home. Rauls was recommended to me off the Worcester FB page. They are honest and fairly priced. Customer service is top notch.

I am not from Leicester, but was recommended to Raul’s a year ago. Staff friendly. No issues. At my most recent oil change I was told I needed new tires. I have brought the car back three times as the car now shakes. Issue still not resolved so now need to go elsewhere to figure out what is wrong.
