The best! So worth going here over a quick big box store.We started our Border Collie off here at 12 weeks because it was so important to us that she have a great first grooming experience and end up very tolerant of grooming and being wet. This has paid off tenfold and she LOVES going to get groomed even though we don’t take her often enough!Immaculate Pooch is very professional, communicative, and does an amazing job with the pups. Can’t recommend enough, because you absolutely receive the quality grooming you pay for here! :)

Nikki is an award winning groomer, she takes care of your dogs and you will not find a nicer person. I won't go anywhere else and my dogs love her.

Left a bad taste in my mouth so I had to leave a review. Last time I brought my dog here he was pretty matted due to the fact that I had been sick for a while w cancer and was unable to get him groomed. They groomed him for me he came out great. Called for another appointment only three months later they told me they have to see him first and it will be a added $25.00 fee just for the consult. I won't be back to this place again, just wanting to make more money. They already charge quite a bit compared to other places for a small dog grooming.

Absolute five stars all around! This is the only place I trust for our fur baby to be groomed. What sets Immaculate Pooch from other places is Nikki's interaction with him! Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away. It's come to a point now where Kobe will actually walk into the shop (this was before covid) whereas other times, he will run out the exist with all his might! They are always on time, they're amazing, & he always comes home looking handsome while smelling amazing. We love the feeling of assurance & trust when we come here!

Nikki and her staff do excellent work with grooming. My Skippy gets extra creative touches and he is always happy after his visit. There is alot of love and care at Immaculate Pooch!

nikki and her crew are amazing! i have two very nervous rescue dogs and she was incredibly patient with both of them. my little guy has never been able to have his nails trimmed because he’s so scared but she got them done and didn’t have to force him to do anything. will be going back forever!

Hands down the best groomer in Central Massachusetts. Nikki always puts the well being of the pet before anything else. Her prices are more than fair and treatment / attention she gives to my pup is Superior. My dog comes how tired, but never stressed, and that is priceless to me. If you are looking for a groomer who is excellent at the trade and radiates love for animals, I highly suggest Immaculate Pooch in Leicester, Mass. ???
