My 8 year old granddaughter is finishing up a full day, week long gymnastics summer camp and she absolutely loves it!!The counselors are amazing! There's gymnastics, free play, swimming, outdoor play, lunch and even a 20 minutes nap/rest period.I've never seen her so enthusiastic about a camp before and she's been too quite a few. This place rocks!! Thank you Giguere!!!!

Our children take gymnastics and Kung Fu here, as well have had 2 Birthday parties! Everything is wonderful! Staff are very nice, our children really enjoy Gigueres!

I went here once for a birthday party for a friend of my child's. It did have lots to do, but I wasn't impressed with the employee who was in charge of hosting the event. She was rude, impatient & seemed less than interested in showing our group around & helping us out, which was her assigned position for the time being. They do have a nice inground pool outside, as well as large area inside of mats & other fun gymnastics themed things to do. Good place for a child's birthday party, and little ones to get their energy out. I just wish we had better service. From what I remember, it also appeared to need some cleaning & tlc both inside & out. Could use updates also. Looked a little outdated.

I have been at Giguere’s for many years and I have loved every minute of it. The community is great and the Gymnastics program is fantastic. There is many things for kids to do from gymnastics, dance, and birthday parties.

i have been here for many years now and it is great, the community and the place in general. the gymnastics program is amazing and i don’t think i will ever leave. gigiueres is a really fun and welcoming place!!!

Keep ur kids away from here!!!! My kids was in this program for two weeks when I Received a phone call fromDepartment of children and family services( DCF) stating my husband was a big strong man and I was a small petite female (IMO that is profiling) And they wanted to check my home and interview me for possible neglect . My child went to school with no bruises bumps or scratches a full lunch box every day clean clothes and swimsuits but they still felt like my kids were being neglected so they reported me to the city without warning or questioning me. I pulled my kids out and requested my money back immediately! FYI my case has been closed but the headache wasn’t worth it I payed 550 a week for my kid to be here for them to thank me with a DCF phone call

Before the Corona Virus outbreak I paid for gymnastics classes for the month of March and a deposit for summer classes. I was originally told that they would be providing makeup classes or possibly refunds for the missed classes. Now that they are allowed to reopen they have a revised schedule that does not include any evening classes, including the one that I had put a deposit on. I requested a refund for my deposit and half of my March payment and was told that they would refund my deposit later in the week, but they were not providing makeup classes anymore, only open gym passes. Open gym passes cost half as much as classes and I cannot use them anyway due to my work schedule, so I tried again to request a refund. I was told that they are not providing refunds anymore due to the situation and to contact the owner if I had any questions. I reached out to the owner who told me that he was swimming in debt and refunding missed classes would be business suicide. He also wrote "get over it" under the signature line of his response. Every other business that my children take recreational classes at provided refunds for missed classes without even having to be asked. I work in customer service and I know that treating your customers poorly and taking money for services that were not provided is the actual business suicide.
