“My husband and I have been wanting to get a new mattress for a while, we decided to go to Mattress Firm in Auburn and we are glad we did it.Mike took care of us, explain the different mattress types, foam/springs/hybrid, firm/soft/medium. Can be an overwhelming experience, but the way Mike helped us navigate it made a breeze of experience.We chose to go with a purple mattress and Mike helped us throughout the process and get us schedule for delivery and they will also remove our old mattress.Cant wait to get our new mattress this Saturday!”
“Sean & Lindsey are amazing. The couch we got is soo comfortable. When I searched this couch up online, it is nearly 1,000 dollars to buy. We paid 690 with tax. The couch is brand new, and even has the new couch smell. If we weren’t renting we would’ve bought a sectional.The quality of the furniture they sell is exceptional. When I’ve bought furniture from other brand name stores, with delivery and assembly, it is never as easy as this process was. They also have a huge variety!! We looked at every furniture store, & could not find a comfortable couch for a reasonable price. We are so thankful to have seen the sign on our way to the grocery store. “Nice furniture, a beautiful girl working in the office. Delivery guys need to slow down a little bit, my new bed was broken from them rushing to put it together. But, they took the part number, and came back and replaced the part within 2 weeks. Its a good spot. I recommend checking it out.”

“This Target store has a nice roomy and clean feel to it....like most other Target stores. I got some plastic storage bags for our place and they had a good selection of national brands and their own private label brand.The store was so neatly organized that it was a pleasure to shop in here.Lots of cash registers available, some manned by a person, some set up as self checkout.”

“Keith Imbody is the ONLY reason I still use the Worcester target drive up. As a single mother to a 9 month old that works two jobs it’s hard to have the time to go into the store. Keith aka the flash is the worlds greatest target employee. He’s super kind, sweet, funny and smart. Always goes the extra mile to make sure you get everything you were looking for. Rain shine snow hail etc he is at the car the minute you arrive to your parked spot. He always knows how to make you smile. This man deserves a raise or a nice lil bonus!!!”

“Every time my partner and I go to this store, we are immediately greeted with a warm presence. And if we want to be left to our own devices, they have been good at keeping their distance while remaining close and diligent enough to be right there when we had a question. Our most recent visit, Luke was very helpful and even brought out a measuring tape so that we could make sure the couch would fit in our space. I haven't been to many other places besides Rotman's before they closed, but their prices always seem more than fair for all the accoutrements you get with each product. Delivery has always gone off without any issues, and if something won't fit they will immediately tell you and can take it back if it doesn't, to what I understood. I ended up making an alternate route for my pieces, but that team could eyeball the space like nothing. Very pleased with Bob's and I will continue to purchase new furniture from here.”
