I always get excellent service at Desmaris - both routine maintenance and the other stuff that comes up unexpectedly. Very fair pricing and clear quotes as needed. Friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable technicians. Could not ask for a better shop for our family’s auto needs.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and there’s a reason for that. This is an honest, hard working and down to earth shop. They’ve always treated me with respect, and taken care of me and my cars at very reasonable pricing.

They tried to rip off my mom. They wanted $2000 to repair a hole in the radiator. Got a 2nd estimate at Kyle's Automotive in Spencer and they fixed it for $1000.
We only live a few houses up from Desmarias, so we thought it would be convenient because of 3 min walking distance. But unfortunately found out they are crooks trying to advantage of an elderly woman who does know any better.
If you are looking for an honest mechanic, try Kyle's Automotive in Spencer.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!
My trusty old chevy started doing chevy things and decided it wanted new ball joints, control arms, wheel bearings, tires etc. Some trustworthy folks recommended this hidden gem to me, and I am absolutely ecstatic with the results. My truck was back to me on the same day it went in and is now driving the best it has since I've owned it. Finally my hunt for a quality local all around mechanic is over. From now on these will be my first phone call. They have more than proven their worth! Strongly strongly recommend!

Desmarais Auto Repair is everything I want in a mechanic. The mechanics are excellent at their jobs, take the time to be thorough. The front office lady is so smart and approachable. I didn't feel like I was annoying her or being rushed in any way. Scheduling was so easy with very reasonable time frames. This is the gold standard for auto repair shops. I only wish I tried them sooner! Very highly recommended.

Have to say I will never return. I went for a simple oil change and left with a 7k estimate for repairs. I went to my regular mechanic the following day and had everything repaired for under 1500.00. I would never trust them. I was also told the mechanics are given bonuses for bringing in more business, BINGO- what does that tell you? Previously they had a wonderful reputation but the owner has stepped back . Prices for parts and labor are through the roof.Service: Oil change
