My only regret is I have a new model presently covered by the dealer for maintenance, and we don't get to see Bobby much. “I need to give a big shoutout to Joseph, who is bagging at the checkout lanes in your West Hartford, CT store right now. It’s Super Bowl Sunday and the store is packed. A person in front of me in line had brought exactly the right amount of money for her purchase, but she did not factor in the cost of bags, and she was a couple cents short. She was embarrassed and was starting to worry about what she was going to do. Without skipping a beat, Joseph pulled out his wallet and handed the cashier a dollar to cover the cost of her extra bags. He kept the line moving quickly, helped out a person who was about to have a stressful afternoon, and showed what kind people work at your store! Bravo, Joseph and Big Y!!!”

“On several occasions I have had Emily as my waitress. She is the best. Professional friendly quick attentive . One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. “I am one of those nuts that likes to keep track of my gas mileage. When I fill up here I always seem to get more mpg than other places. It seems the gas is just better. Full service is nice too and even at similar if not better prices as the big chains. Only open at sane hours but I can plan around that.”

“If you have their debit card, then the standard price is 10 cents less than the posted price on the pump. Their card also sometimes will award another 5-10 cents off per gallon on top of the 10 cents you're already saving. “Descent little gas station and mini-mart. They have clean restrooms if that's what you're stopping for. They sell lottery tickets, but not winning ones, in my experience. They have plenty of gas pumps which work fine to get you in and out pretty quickly. The staff was friendly.”
“Incredibly kind staff. Only had a little over a dollar in change for gas because of a lost wallet and the cashier gave me an extra five dollars. Couldn't recommend these kind people more”

“First time using the online curbside option. Absolutely perfect. Under $4 for someone else to take your shopping list, fill the cart, bag and store everything in a climate controlled area, until you arrive to a designated area and call them. They bring everything out, load it in your car and off you go. Even if you're fully mobile,which I'm currently not, what a fantastic service. 10 stars.”

“Brought my car in for a concern, they couldn’t find anything wrong. They kept the car for a whole day and had 3 guys look at it. Not only did they not charge me, but they randomly fixed my heat shield. 5/5, they have my future business.”
