I cannot thank Mohamed and Zabian's enough for the exceptional experiences we had. My fiancé was extremely grateful for Mohamed's expertise and craftsmanship when creating my gorgeous engagement ring. Because of the beautiful engagement ring Zabian's made, we had to go back to get our wedding bands! Each design truly reflects a level of care and detail that is timeless and elegant.We are so grateful and look forward to returning for any future jewelry needs!

Typically I don’t write reviews but Zabians deserves it.I went in this past Saturday to try and get my engagement ring resized. They quoted me around $300. A lot more than I was expecting but there’s a lot of diamonds on the band so it was understandable.They told me it would be ready next week and after I explained how nervous I was to leave my ring alone that long they were able to work with me and get it done the same day- perfect!My ring fits perfectly now and you can barely tell it was resized they definitely cleaned it too ? I’m so excited I can wear it without being worried it’ll fall off!

I originally got my wife’s engagement ring from Zabian’s Jewelers and it was stunning. My wife absolutely loved it. Of course we came back and got our wedding bands. Again we couldn’t be happier. They had the perfect band to go with her engagement ring and mine was perfect as well. The Zabians were very attentive and friendly and whole process was smooth. We would highly recommend Zabian’s Fine Jewelers to anyone.

We have learned over the years how important it is to purchase jewelry from an honest and reputable jeweler. Mohamed Zabian has proven to be precisely that. He has demonstrated his integrity by working with us on a piece of jewelry several states away. He could have easily written us off but instead worked with us to meet our needs. We have concluded that Zabian's, which is a small business and not a national chain, is worthy of trust. We have found a new jeweler with Mohamed. We trust him at his word, which is rare these days. Thank you again for reminding our family that some people are still decent and honorable.

I’ve been dealing with ZABIANS jewelers for years and years. I am always greeted warmly by everyone there. Everything I have had purchased, ordered, made, repaired, appraised, etc. has been top notch. The chain necklace around my neck was ordered specially for me hasn’t been taken off since I got it. A diamond wedding band made from diamonds that I had will be a family piece always. I have never been disappointed with anything purchased here. I can always count on them for a good repair. I feel lucky to have a warm friendly honest family jeweler in my neighborhood.

Incredible! I ran into Zabians Jewelry only a couple days before flying to Aruba to propose to my fiancé. I thought it would not be possible to have the ring she was looking for in time for the trip. Mohammed, without hesitation snapped into high gear. He was able to have a beautiful ring ready for the trip and I was in shock. When we returned he made some final touches and I couldn’t believe the ring could get even better. IT DID!! He customized it to a perfection. Mohammed has a true passion for his work and it shows in every piece of jewelry in the store. It’s been a great experience working with Zabians !

My soon to be husband and I first went to Zabian's over 23 years ago after seeing the store on a trip to Lee, MA. We met Mo who along with his father had a beautiful store with so many beautiful jewelry items. After telling Mo that we were looking for an engagement ring - he showed us diamonds and designs and figured out just what we wanted. He designed my ring and all these years later I still love it. He is one of the most educated & creative jewelers we have ever met. We have continued to buy jewelry and watches there ever since. Mo now runs the store and he just gets better and better with his designs. We still visit him and feel that he is a wonderful friend too. He will always be our jeweler. His customer service is unbelievable and we feel so lucky to have found him.

I received a new LIV quartz chronograph watch as a gift. I needed to have the SS band made smaller - so I just stopped in to Zabians Fine Jewelers and was impressed that they took me right away, the sizing was done and the links were removed by the owner in a couple of minutes. I was thoroughly impressed. Imagine I Was in the market for a piece of jewelry. Such a wonderful family Thanks Mo. Arthur

I have never had better customer service anywhere!! I have used them for several jewelry repairs - they always go out of the way to do a top notch, economical repair. This time they even called the company to get the last available clasp to repair a watch of sentimental value - so lucky to have this family business in our community!!

Zabian's is the place to go if you're looking for high-quality diamonds and outstanding customer service!!!!! Mohamed always goes above and beyond for his customers and has been a loyal jeweler to my family for over a decade. He hand selects his diamonds and the quality is always Cartier-level. Everyone at Zabian's is exceedingly friendly and knowledgable about all things diamonds/jewelry. I would not trust anyone else to help create my engagement ring, wedding band, and many jewelry pieces to come in the future.

Mohamed and his team at Zabian’s are very knowledgeable and I had an incredible experience buying an engagement ring from them. Mohamed guided me expertly through the different options, explaining the pros and cons, and thoroughly answering my questions.My fiancé was blown away by her engagement ring.
