“I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the mass pike. I had my vehicle towed to 102 auto so they could look at it the next day. I emailed Peter to let him know what was said. Peter emailed back but I didn’t see that until I had walked down from the motel I stayed at. He was super busy and couldn’t look at my car but he was so friendly and hospitable for my hours ordeal there. He was upfront with his shops status and recommended I get a tow back to Albany,NY. I did. I appreciated his kind demeanor and honesty. I would be honored to have him work on my car because I feel that he would be straight and fair. His entire team was so kind to me while I was there. I highly recommend them.”
