Great experience for me and my mom! Kylie helped us both find what we wanted, even though we went in with no idea ourselves. I must of smelled 20+ scents, but she continued to be encouraging and assure us both that we could take our time. We both ended up finding things we liked and had a great time! Kylie’s positive attitude and expertise made the experience wonderful overall!

We where in the area for other business and went here to walk around. We had found my wifes perfume that she hasn't had in many years and I found my cologne that I haven't brought a bottle in many years also. I will say the associate was a little pushy in having us try other types of perfumes and colognes, just not a fan of it.

I used to come here all the time when visiting my grandparents. I bought my two Disney perfumes (Sleeping Beauty and Belle), one of my Katy Perry perfumes, one of my Taylor Swift perfumes, and my small to-go perfume container that is airline approved and easy to use so that you don't have to bring your large bottles with you. Whenever I come I'm always impressed by the large selection of perfumes and samples available to try. The employees are also very kind and friendly which creates a welcoming environment. I only know of one other Fragrance Outlet but I love my experience at this store that has been around for a long time. I will definitely come back the next time I get the chance.

Horrible. Hard sell pressure tactics and way overpriced on what I wanted. They charge $80 for a fragrance I can get on line for $20. They tried to pressure me to buy three different fragrances. Then when I wasn’t buying the woman suddenly had an attitude. Not a friendly or trustworthy place

I’ve never left a negative review anywhere, but I wouldn’t recommend going here. I hope the lady was just having a bad day, but not an excuse to talk to a customer as a child.

The cologne was watered down or something. After 2 months the contents of the bottle has almost no smell. Buy your cologne from a reputable store where you know you’re getting the real thing, not this place. The cologne I bought was Lagerfeld. My wife bought The Beautiful Life.
