They have been charging me for cable for months with no one notifying me that it was added. I've been put on hold for 15 minute incriminates and not one person can help me remove the cable from my account or even answer the phone. Still on hold. Since 330 it's 4 now. It's been a nightmare. If you can get internet anywhere else, that might be your best bet.

Had to drive 20 mins to the Lee store, closest Directly store to me, because they don’t pick up the equipment I replaced. Got to the store at 2. “Closed until 3.” Though the store info online says they should be open.Yeah. Small country market, doesn’t seem like they care. Endless waits on the phone. No local number for the store so you can find out when they’re open the day you go.I could spend another $4 had to come back another time. Or wait it out.Sooo hereI am having a disappointing lunch nearby while I wait. Wouldn’t a drop box at the store be a decent idea? I spoke with a nice elderly lady outside who needed a cane to get to the front door, only to find the door locked. She lives locally. Comes here often. Says the person who runs the store closes when things show down. “It’s different every time I come here.”Yep. That’s the corporate version of customer service for you.

Horrible. Woman that works at the store refused to serve me because I started knocking while she was "in the restroom" for about 15 minutes. She told me I made her uncomfortable while she was in the restroom and locked the door. She apparently puts this "be back soon" sign up very often. I suspect she's just goofing off while she should be working. This trip took 45 minutes out of my day. Completely unacceptable customer service from a garbage company.

Obtained internet service from this location in 2018. It was super fast and easy to pick up the equiptment. The internet service itself has been working at full stregnth with no issues at all these las few years. This is true for my location (Lenox) I suspect that in places like Stockbridge where they are lucky enough to not have any towers around, that may not be the case. Highly reccomend.

Friendly helpful clerk. Plenty of parking. One downside is in a remote location although somewhat near the premium outlets.

They are lucky they are the only real provider, if you can call them that, in the area. Pirates, and not even the cool kind. My internet/phone/cable goes out once a week. And the entire process is automated so they aren't even paying real people to help us when it does. They are horrible, don't bother. Raise carrier pigeons, they are more reliable and better worth the cost. T R A S H Just wait for a competitor.
