Do not rent U-Haul from this location. They are very disorganized. They will waste your time. They also have a bee problem.Edit:. The owner has time to respond to reviews but won't contact you when your ubox arrives.

This place is a hidden gem. I called to discuss a new Husqvarna riding mower and Jen went out of her way to assist, including talking to the service techs to get accurate answers and taking measurements of the unit to ensure I could transport it. I traveled to purchase from them because they offered me a solid price and outstanding support. When I arrived, I discovered a place that reminds me of my childhood when small businesses gave you personal attention and really cared about their customers. Jen's brother showed me the unit, ensured that I could operate it, and did not leave my side until it was tied down and ready for transport. I'll swing in for fluids and parts when passing by because it is that good of a place. I left there feeling like I was treated like family and knowing that I had purchased the right product for my needs for the right price. I appreciate all the staff that made this such a great experience. Highly recommend this place for quality products, good prices, and outstanding service.

?I bought a Honda engine over there it was running rough (attached to a wood splitter )Hydraulic pump was two-stage and the motor was equipped with the governorGot it back, governor wouldn’t kick inRan it for 45 minutes shut it off couldn’t start it again until completely cool downgot it started only after taking the recoil starting rope off and put a socket in the cordless drill and cranking it that way. Got started only to have it backfire thru the carburetor It farted and spit n’ quitCheck the timing —. way out of whack!!it must’ve been techs first day on the jobWhy didn’t I take it back? because they would’ve charged another $250 (Approximately when I paid)Proceed with caution in terms of serviceHowever their dirt n gravel are great !!!?

I'm so glad I found Meadow Farm Equipment! For me owning a house in the Berkshires has meant lots of yard, garden, and driveway work. Once I got a truck, I found myself coming here several times a week to purchase mulch, driveway mix, gravel, compost, topsoil. They also sell chainsaws, weedwackers, and leaf blowers (they are official Stihl, Husqvarna, and Echo dealers).The mulch, compost, and top soil I picked up from them was great quality! The best I have seen from anywhere! Even better, their prices are great and they deliver! The customer service is great! I've worked the most with, Alex and Jen, if I arrive at 7:01am or 4:55pm they are always fast, pleasant, courteous, and professional. The staff has been super knowledgeable about their products. When I went in to look at a new chainsaw Alex asked me a bunch of questions to better understand my needs before making recommendations. (The prices were very competitive to what I've seen at big box stores.) I had them repair my weedwacker, they did the work quickly (called me to let me know it was ready) and it works better than ever. FYI, it seems like they repair pretty much everything, sharpen chainsaw blades, and work on lawn mowers and tractors.

UHaul rental - Excellent selection of clean newer vans to choose from. Very reasonable on fuel. Nice rubber floor mat to protect cargo. When renting, the staff were very knowledgeable and made my responsibilities very clear to save me unnecessary charges. Finally, I felt very comfortable knowing my vehicle was monitored by cameras on the property. The best UHaul rental experience to date.
