Just left the Levi's store at the Lee Outlets. Two of the three employees on the floor were incredibly abrupt to the point of rudeness. If they're stressed the day before Thanksgiving, what will they be like on Black Friday? Not going back there!

Will never go back to this store. They were very rude and when we got there in the morning the “system” wasn’t working. We had driven from out of town to do a simple return. Went back in the evening same day and could not believe how rude they were the guy was being an absolute jerk. He kept giving my husband a hard time because the bottom of the receipt was ripped. Figure it out dude. So he had to put in a little extra effort

Had a terrible experience here. We got there around 1:30 and the store was randomly closed. We came back around 2 and picked out some clothes we wanted to try. As we were shopping the lady working the store moved a clothing rack to block off the dressing room. I asked if we could try things on and she said no that the dressing rooms were closed. Every other store at the outlet mall has dressing rooms open.

I have visited numerous Levi’s outlets and ALWAYS find great merchandise at great prices. However, I felt really, really bad for a young lady that was by herself in the entire store (Very unsafe) and letting customers know that she was by herself and could not assist with dressing room and other questions. Not cool for the young lady..
