Service was noticeably superior to every store that I visited at the Lee Outlets... Wish i had gotten the clerk's name. .She unboxed at least 10 pairs of shoes to help me find the ones that would fit me... Always polite and treated me like a VIP ...Im not, just a guy that needed a pair of shoes...Thank you

Had a nice display of their higher quality and better looking shoes that were either 'made in Italy' or 'made in Spain' and was told that they're not for sale or purchase, the associate's boss just put them for display bec they looked nice. Disappointing but found some decent dress shoes for purchase. Why have a nice choice of shoes to show but you can't buy them?

I am so disappointed on this branch and their workers. They are very unprofessional and I was shocked how such a respected company hires this person. I hope this is not the company attitude to trick people with damaged products and it is solely this unprofessional person’s action. I liked a pair of shoes but the one in the store was badly damaged so I paid for it and she was supposed to order new one online to be delivered. When it arrived, I realized that it is the same damaged shoes she sent it to me!!! She only cleaned it and thought we would not notice. If this is not fraud, what is?!! I will never buy their product and do not recommend them to anyone. Please make sure to double check anything you buy from them as they might do the same.

I've been coming in here for a few years now!There is one lady there that made all the difference, she helped me dress for a wedding my first time in there and every time I come in she is always so helpful and friendly.

One of the only shoe brands that still make high quality leather shoes and products. Although there shoes are expensive they are one of the only brands that provides high quality leather shoes which seem to be only available in designer brands these days. The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful.
