If I could give Jarrett and his team 10 stars I would. He went above and beyond to help us out after 8 pm on a Friday night on a holiday weekend. Our car broke down on the way back home to Canada and I tried calling our car roadside assistance who transferred me to someone that informed me we would not be able to get help until Tuesday well after Christmas. I found Jarrett on Google and thank god I did!! He got us up and running before 10am the next day. If you ever need any car, truck, or machine help, he is your guy!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Jarrett and his team went above and beyond to help on the Friday evening heading into Christmas holidays . We ran into a flat tire situation on the pike, on a long drive to Canada to see family for Christmas. Pretty much everywhere was closed, except him. His team were incredibly helpful, empathetic and responsive. He showed up in quick order, assessed the situation and came up with a few different solutions. He helped call around local tow services on Friday night. He had the tower come take our car to local hotel. In the morning, Jarrett’s team was up at 7AM and he was at the hotel taking the tire off. He brought it to his shop, went around local parts shop to find a part that would fix our problem. Within a couple hours he had the tire fixed, and back on the car on a Saturday morning right before Christmas. Unbelievably helpful and has found a way to help get us back to family and friends for the holidays. Thank you for helping out. Highly recommend their knowledgeable and empathetic services, all at a good price.

I couldn't give a higher review to Jarrett's Truck and Equipment Repair. I was at my wit's end trying to fix some farm equipment at home and thankfully someone recommended Jarrett. Jen from his office scheduled me quickly, explained the whole process clearly to me. Jarrett showed up at my house in a rolling maintenance shop, fixed my problem and was awesome.***LADIES-I didn't feel the classic overselling/mansplaining/"you need new antenna water" BS!*** Feel confident you won't get that mechanic oversell from him. He explained everything he was doing, answered my million questions and charged a reasonable price.The only reservation I have in giving him such a good review is everyone will find out and he'll get too busy for the next time I need work done but I'll take the risk.If you need a great mechanic to come to you, I highly recommend Jarrett. You won't be disappointed.

Bought equipment from Jarrett and Abigail Mello was told it needed a switch and charger.They both told me where to take it to have the switch replaced, a friend of theirs business his electrical shop. I dropped it off at the shop they told me to go to and the owner who is the mechanic told me that it was not worth repairing. He even spoke to Jarett and told him it was no good and I should get my money back, they did not even offer me a dime back.Be careful not honest or fair..Service: Electrical
