I love the crewcuts they are my favorite! They are great quality and very nice and is fashionable. The workers and staff are also very nice they have a great personality and are very friendly to other people and customers!

I was ready to pay for my items, about $200 worth, and the lady behind the register decided to leave it to help a woman customer find a certain item even after she asked her manager to help her. Both of them walked her to where they thought the item was located, leaving me at the register for several minutes waiting to check out. I left the items at the register and exited the store. Amazing that a lady with an ankle brace and cane would rather walk around the store helping a woman customer and not stay at the register to check me out and bring in revenue for the store. Do you just cater to who looks like you?

They had the clothing that I was looking for, but the customer service was terrible! You girls talking about nothing relevant, and seemed very put out by doing their jobs. I will not go back-the J Crew website has better service!
