Henry's Electric charged me $1,319 for parts and labor to repair my dishwasher. Unfortunately, the technician could not fix my unit. He advised me that the money spent on repairs could be used towards purchasing a new unit, but the sales department refused to honor that offer.

We recently had Henry’s replace/hang/install several light fixtures in our house. None of it was straightforward, but the electricians at the house worked very hard to make sure that it was not only done safely, but was aesthetically pleasing as well. Also, they weren’t afraid to offer suggestions which we really appreciated. Since they do this every day and we never do this sort of thing, their input was very valuable to us. We felt as though it was a team effort. The work was meticulous and the cleanup was, too. Will absolutely use again!

I'm new to the area and looking to establish relationships with a few "essential" businesses - a company that sells and services electric appliances being one of them, as I love to cook and my kitchen needed an overhaul. After getting recs from my contractors, I went to Henry's and was very fortunate to have Camryn - the store manager - assist me. While I'd done plenty of my own research and felt well-prepared, Camryn knew that much more. Critical - for me - was in choosing appliances that perform well and also hold up. She was able to steer me to an oven, dishwasher, and microwave that Henry's was well-acquainted with based on its long-term relationship with the manufacturer. Henry's services everything they sell-- super important - and I would strongly recommend their reasonably priced extended warrantees. Of note, when the delivery of my new oven was unexpectedly delayed, Henry's supplied a "loaner" until it arrived. No prob. And finally, Henry's delivery team was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. The two guys I met had been with the company for many years; that says a lot!

Henry’s Electric went above and beyond this Holiday Season! Our refrigerator broke right before Christmas and we are expecting a full house of family and friends. The team at Henry’s Electric worked together to find me the perfect refrigerator and had it delivered and installed. I can’t thank you enough! You saved Christmas and New Year’s for our family! Thank you! ❤️

Too busy to help out customers. Won't do business here. Edit since you've asked. This review is in response to Jim's professional demeanor. There are polite ways to let a client know you are too busy, and there are unprofessional ways. He's chosen to be arrogantly terse.

Buying our LG washer and dryer could not have gone more smoothly. Rose handled my purchase over the phone--very helpful, patient and informative. Wilbur and his crewmate (I'm embarrassed that I can't remember his name :-( were lovely and got the old machines out and the new ones in very efficiently. Wilbur also took the time to position the machines much better than my original ones, most appreciated. I will definitely call Henry's Electric for my future appliance needs.

A few years ago my wife and I spent over $30k to redo our kitchen. Yes, their sales department is great. Service is another idea. I have been calling and leaving messages for two weeks because I have a question (just a question!) about a problem with my subzero freezer. No one has given me the courtesy of a call back. When I call Henry's, I can always get someone in sales, and yes, they are very nice, but they can't answer my question, and they don't seem to care enough about me (once the sale is over) to do something to get me some help.Charlie K.Stockbridge

I ordered a new refrigerator, microwave, stove & washer & dryer to replace 20 year old appliances! It was a wonderful experience. The delivery folks were extremely knowledgeable and very professional! They came out prior to measure so I was able to have piece of mind that everything would fit. I highly recommend Henry’s Electric for their quality, pricing and exceptional service!

Need a repair--watch out! I purchased a new dishwasher that didn't work properly. The manufacturer recommended Henry's as an authorized service provider and paid for the repair, but Henry's charged me an additional $228 to "come to my house". The technician just ordered new parts, without checking to find that original part was simply not plugged in. While here, I asked them to look at a problem with my stove. Their technician, who seemed inexperienced, again just started replacing parts rather than diagnosing the problem. He even acknowledged that the replacements were unnecessary. After three tries and several trips back and forth, he found the right part. Total bill of over $1600!!!. They even billed me $45 when technician used one of his tools to lift up stove. (They did deduct for one of the parts but would make no further adjustments) Service manager was rude and unhelpful. Altogether a very unpleasant, unnecessarily expensive, and totally unsatisfactory experience

As a first-time buyer of a washer and dryer, I did my homework before going to Henry's Electric; however, the support I got while I was there made me feel so much more comfortable with my decision! Rose was so delightful and informative and really worked to get me the best deal. I'm excited for my new stackable washer and dryer! I will certainly be returning for my next appliance purchase.

I always thought supporting local was good but not when taken advantage of. Should be a zero star. It is all about the purchase. Tried to get replacement filter for refrigerator purchased through them ( amongst other appliances)and the would order with them and was going to be gouged for 2 1/2 times the cost and got a three pack for the same cost. Provided prompt service but going into the office, there is one person that is pleasant. Otherwise an in service on customer relations and communication may fit the bill. Not the small town shop you would expect. We cannot continue to use Covid as an excuse for sub Par customer care. Other yelp looks like this experience is not unique

A leaky pressure relief valve on furnace confirmed by multiple engineers (experts in plumbing and electrical) plus architect. When Henry's electric called to supply the part and replace, instead of fixing this they tried to sell us a whole new furnace. Second call to them they tried to sell us a new transformer and thermostat (still have the leak and they did not perform the simple valve replacement or tell us they were not capable of replacing the valve). This business is not what it used to be.
